Easy access to transit station, including Umeda and Osaka. There were lots of restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options for a North American diet. The hotel provided all the amenities you needed with extra available in the lobby area. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The location is convenient, the breakfast is decent, the front desk people are very helpful and polite. The bathroom is VERY small, I bumped into objects while using the toilet or taking shower. Also it was not safe to step from the bathroom on the floor of the hall.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, overall nice hotel. Rooms were pretty tight and dated, looked a bit more drab than the pictures. Lobby was lovely though.

A bit small room

Like all Japanese hotels room six=ze is small but at Hearton although small it was adequate for our needs with comfortable amount of space. If you bring large luggage case finding space will be difficult. Everywhere clean and room layout well organised to maximise space. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend to others. Good location for Osaka station and plenty of eating/convenience stores nearby Nothing to coment on. All good

The location was really nice, close to a central station. The room had anything that we needed for 2 days stay as well. A plus was the wash machine room that they had available for the guests, so I could take care of our laundry! The breakfast was not a highlight, but had options, both asian and western.
