Amazing city-view from balcony and hotel lounge; comfy beds, huge bathroom and friendly and polite hotel staff.

I can't exactly say what it is but there was a slight odd smell in the room. I'm not sure if this was from smoking in the past, or something like mold, but there's something in the room that had a very slight off smell to it. This is a very very minor thing, I only noticed the first few minutes every time I would walk into the room. It's not the kind of smell that makes somebody grossed out and wants to leave, just something odd that you notice.

Good value for the money, great service from extremely helpful and friendly staff! Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Also great location in Umeda ward. We stayed 6 nights and did many day trips from here for which the close-by stations (Umeda, Osaka Station) are perfect starting points and are within walking distance. Also loads of great food options in the area! The AC occasionally gave off quite an unpleasant smell, often when it reached the set temperature but the ventilation remained on.

the room was great. I hope they could provide a body lotion in addition to the items they provide in the bathroom too much heat in the hallway

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and offered a great price, even during peak season. It was the largest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The hotel’s location was convenient, easily accessible and close to Osaka-Umeda station. A bonus was the complimentary drinks in the lobby every night from 19:00 to 22:00. The hotel also provided many bathroom amenities, which was a nice touch. The bathtub was spacious and easy to use. They even offered to prepare a crib for us in the room, which was a great service and not many hotels offer this. My husband particularly enjoyed the long balcony in our room. The carpet seemed old and had stains. That’s my only negative I had.

I was treated like a prince. Excellent value, superior facility. I enjoyed the large balcony and view. Less than 10 minute walk to railway station which serves both the subway and JR rail lines. I’ll stay again should I return. Nothing to mention.

This exceeded our expectations, with incredible views and an attentive staff. We stayed here twice in two different rooms about 5 days apart. They kept our extra bags for us and put them into the room when we arrived. The staff wa extremely attentive-- we're not used to luxury hotels, and such, so it took a bit getting used to. Value-wise, it was very high, and more expensive than we are used to paying, but we got so much. It was really cool the first night to stay in one of the rooms at the tip of the "star destroyer"-shaped building. Lack of outlets.

Great location and loved the large rooms and expansive balcony. In addition, appreciated the evening drink/snack time in the lobby. Overall a wonderful hotel and stay.

The hotel rooms were beautiful and nicely appointed. Everything you needed was there and the view was spectacular. The location was excellent. The staff were so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge a few of the nights. There was very little we didn’t like. We would have preferred a queen bed instead of two twins and another outlet. I couldn’t find one to use for the hair dryer.

Pretty spacious rooms, staff are very polite, gracious, helpful . Convenient to transport, shopping and lots of restaurants around . Nice neighborhood.

What a pleasant stay, the staff from the guy at the door to the ladies at reception were exceptional. Polite, respectful, welcoming and warm - The hotel itself was amazing, clean, and well kept like a perfectly manicured garden, every detail perfect. The staff though, they really sell the place. Nothing at all - exceptional stay.

Beautiful Hotel and the room we had was impressive. Me and my wife went there for our honeymoon tour and we really enjoyed our stay. The position is perfect and the area is not too busy. The front desk is very kind and we really appreciated them.

They did not have a training facility in case someone wanted to get in some exercise. There wasn´t really a good option to charge our phones, the closest outlet that was not occupied happened to be near the sofa area, so nothing near the beds.
