I really liked everything that's important: location, staff, cleanliness, free breakfast, comfortable, quiet area, nearby amenities and entertainment (convenience stores, bars). Would definitely come back. The lockers beside the bed need some kind of hook so that when you lift it up it stays in place. The hatch just keeps falling down if you don't hold it and it can wake people around you if you need something in the morning or in the night. The dorm door locks are a bit old and worn... could use some modernizing (Key card, or digital pin)

When people smoke outside, the air comes into the female dorm room through AC. I wish they have different smoking area

The staff were super friendly and super helpful, they helped to create a comfortable, social environment within the hostel. The location was perfect for me, just a short walk away from the action without being too chaotic. Nothing

The ladder to the bunk bed was quite hazardous and room D is a quite small if it’s full. The heating in the common area was often way too hot and made hanging out uncomfortable

everything was amazing! truly other stinky guests, which the hostel has no control over

Clean and near to Osaka Castle and Dotonbori…

Everything was just perfect! The rooms, the beds, the kitchen, the public space, the staff was awesome!

One of my favorite stays in Japan! the location is great, the staff are super friendly and helpful with guides, tips and tricks! as the open space is super cozy and inviting! Highly recommend this accommodation!

A very modern but cozy hostel! I loved the smell of all the wood paneling lol plenty of showers and bathrooms so didn't have to wait at any time for either. Kitchen was small counter-space wise but the stove top was nice and big with plenty of cookware to use. Big fridge with free barley and green iced teas too. There's even a beer vending machine inside lol The rooftop patio was very nice space to chill. Dorms were clean and quiet and the common space was inviting. Nice little offering of toast with jams, coffee and tea in the AM. It's a little walk from any bus or train stops but not terrible. Maybe a bit out of the way for any main/hip areas of the city but also not a deal breaker for me. You deff hear the kids across the street at school but really not that big of a bother. Lovely little cafes just down the street and easy access entering after lockup time. Think only bother was the dryer. Washing machine was nice and big so you can do a full load for 200 yen, but dryer was a bit steap; 1000 yen total for an hour. But they have sun racks up on the roof at least! And the slippers can be a little slippery on the wood and slip off your feets when going up stairs haha

Very nice hostel well organized.

Lots of people crammed together, and awkward staff.
-
Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. :)
-
Very comfortable for a solo female traveler. Showers were clean and staff were friendly. None

The only small downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it wasn’t a big issue for a short stay. Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and great staff definitely made up for it. I’d recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.

The dormitory was very spacious and comfortable. Any amenities you can think of was provided/available for a small fee. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. The location was convenient and close to attractions and stations.

Dryer didn’t work everyone was stuck with wet clothes at 12 am in the morning. Rooms are too dim and too small for the price. Dryer didn’t work everyone was stuck with wet clothes at 12 am in the morning. Rooms are too dim and too small for the price.

Very clean and very good use of space. Staff were great. The sleeping cubbies could use some way to regulate temperature or air flow better. Also it is still a hostel so even though the Japanese are very conscientious and polite many of the visitors you might share a room with may not be.

Incredibly clean and well designed hostel. If I didn't know better I would have thought it's a luxury retreat that just happened to have cubicle beds. Perhaps it's because of the immaculate vibes of the hostel that it also attracts a certain crowd of respectful travelers. Location is also amazing, in a quiet local neighborhood that's 10 mins away from the party districts and 15 mins from Dotonburi by foot. I'm honestly at awe with how good this hostel is. I would have easily stayed here long term rather than live in my own apartment, that's how good it is. Lastly, I would like to thank the staff, they are so incredibly warm and friendly that it's like coming home after a long day. You definitely do not feel the tension and unease that you usually get at other hostels.

There was particularly nothing to dislike. The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable but it was to be expected from a hostel.
