DOTONBORI Crystal Hotel II

All simple and clean, prime location

The bed, pillow, and blanket are very comfortable. The corridor is just too warm.

I don’t have much luggage so room was fine for me but it is a little small for others

Good lacation ,easy to reach shinsaibashi.And decoration looks pretty good. Check out time is too early.Room is too dry,but no humidifier served here.

Everything was fine, staff was nice and all of that. Prime location too, right in the middle of dotonbori. The rooms were clean but the one we stayed in wasn't like huge or anything, but it was cheap so can't complain. If I recall correctly the AC was aimed at one of the twin beds which was annoying, but not a huge issue.

Probably the most underwhelming experience we had. Amenities and supplies were unavailable, breakfast wasn't a great value. No real complaints but expectations were set a bit high by the presentation of this booking page.

Our room was very clean, the location is good because is relatively close from Dotonbori. Our room was too small.

The staff was kind with us If you need for a taxi only ask in the front desk We don't take the breakfast but smell good in the mornings The rooms are small than pictures

The rooms are very small with very less amenities. The location was also not very good. The property common areas were not very well maintained and dirty

The room was really tiny, location was far from the public transportation, breakfest was not impresive and spme staff could not speak english.

The staff was very friendly and tried to communicate even though my Japanese is not that good. I wanted to have dinner at the dining area after 11pm and the lights were off. I could not find a way to turn it on.

Small bedroom and bathroom

The price is pretty great for the área Close to Doutonbori thats full of life and great places to eat Just consider the closest station is about 10 to 15 mins walking however you enjoy the walk

Accepting check in of luggage before check in Breakfast not worth it at least for vegetarian

All the personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful, which made our stay really great. Our hearts melted when they offered umbrellas on a rainy day, in other hotels you need to rent it. The rooms were tight, but it was expected and there was everything we needed. We loved the location as well - in a quite area, but a walkable distance (15-20 min) to the vibrant Dotonbori streets full of restaurants and people.

Price was fine, staff were fine. We were able to check in early and left our bags after checkout. The location is very near Dotonbori which is handy. For a few night in Osaka it does the job. No view from our window, room was about the minimum size I would accept.

There wasn’t anything I disliked. Just had a bit of a hard time using the sink in the bathroom with trying to keep it at a light flow of water

The hotel was fantastic overall. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping service was very efficient. I also appreciated the wide array of amenities available for guests to take and the convenience of having a vending machine on the ground floor. The staff were also very efficient. The breakfast was below average and could benefit from an updated menu with better options to appeal to a wider range of people. While the location was central, offering equal walking distance to four different metro stations, I would have slightly preferred something a little closer. However, I did sometimes enjoy the walk through the area.
