Close to dotombori It would be nice if the guy at front desk was more friendlier and not being arrogant. I understand he is not friendly at all even though we tried our best to act be on our nicest attitude at all. I don’t recommend this to anybody at all.

The only thing that was good was the location. It was within 10minutes walk to Dontonburi. The hotel was very expensive, at $400 AUD. I would be okay with it if it was priced appropriately but it wasn't. I made that assumption because it was relatively expensive, that it would be decent. It was clean, which is the only redeeming feature. The rooms were very small and more like a university dorm than a hotel. We also asked the staff if we could take the towels to the gym, and they would not let us.

Lack of amenities. No pajamas in the room The air conditioning won't adjust wind direction. Maybe other guests hang their clothes on the air conditioning.

the double bed is big, has aircon, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. it also has a mini fridge in the room; they will store luggage for you for check out. you cannot look out of the window as it is opaque. the rules also seem to be quite direct, including a 7000 yen fee for lost room key (which they only supply one), 1500 yen for late check out (you are supposed to leave by 10am)

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave out luggages there before check-in and once again after check-out, which was very helpful when you have odds flight times. It would be great to have a power port in the bathroom.

location, price. air con didn't heat up properly, but could have been our fault not knowing how to use. Bathroom could have been bigger.

Beds and room were comfortable, not the most space but this is to be expected staying so close to dotonburi and with a reasonable budget for 2 people.
