We liked this traditional small hotel. Everything is simple, but original and full of spirit of times. The staff was very friendly and helped us to feel real Japanese vibe. Everything was perfect

A great place to experience a genuine Ryokan. No bells and whistles: just authentic Japanese hospitality and subtle luxury. Wonderful onsen.

We really enjoyed the vibe of our room, the flooring, as well as the bedding. It was super comfortable. The front desk operates 24 hours, which we found to be super convenient. We were also able to leave our suitcases at the hotel earlier on, so we could go out empty handed. Staff were very accommodating One thing to note, you're only given one key. You have to leave that key with the front desk when you exit the property, and collect it when you come back.

Amazing ryokan experience with the typical futon beds and Japanese furniture! Also a fine onsen available with warm water and several facilities such as showers. Ok for the public transport connections!

It was traditional with an onsen. The female staff member showed us to our room and explained the facilities. Our family used the onsen which was a good experience The towels and sheets were old, thin and worn. Needing replacing. The futon mattresses were quite thin and hurt our hips after many hours of walking during the day.
