Easily accessible. Having parking in-front of hotel was very comfortable.

The location was great.easy access specially when you are bound to dotonbori?.it was then that they gave me a parking slot right in front of the hotel its way more eassier for us. I dont have anything to say. I loved the place.

The smell of cigarette smoke was soooooo unbearably strong, it was hard to breathe in the room. I even opened the windows and the smell would not leave and was on the towels/sheets/ bedding, everything. That’s my only real complaint

Great value hotel for a one night stay. The only thing that wasn't provided was the toothbrush and comb but I had mine anyway. On the edge of dotonburi but was quiet at night. Could have provided complimentary water.

The hotel was very convenient in terms of location as it was only a 7 minute walk to the main streets of Dotonbori! Very accessible to trains and buses as it was 5-10 minute walk away as well. The rooms are on the smaller side as the bed takes up most of the space but we did not mind. The heater/AC was functioning well which was important to us because it was winter time so we would need the AC on warmer days but turn on the heater once the night cools down. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Room is a tad bit small

I've got three things to say. First, th toilet was leaking water. Because of the sound of the water from the toilet I can't sleep at all. Secondly, the amenities were bad i know it's supposed to be budget so they cut cost but like at the very least, put some coffee or tea. Thirdly, the receptionist was great and very polite but apparently I can't bring in guests? they're not sleeping over i was just gonna have my friend shower but they said only the one who booked can go in. I was like flabbergasted. This is the first time I've ever heard smth like this. Also, the cleaning stuffs were so freaking impolite. I've also worked as a hotel janitor as a part time job when i first arrived in japan and studied here. I know how hard it is however don't be staring down at me the customer. What the hell do u want? anyway, it was the worst experience I've had in awhile.

Great location, comfortable, clean, large for Japan size. Nice amenities, elevator Google maps and the instructions had us go all around the long way !! When it’s really easy to locate

The location was within walking distance to many tourist destinations. No western choice for breakfast items

The hotel’ appearance stands out so it’s easy yo find Difficult to find the exact exit from Namba station ?Need to use Google maps every time
