Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae

The hallway on our floor was quite warm and humid in contrast to the lobby that was very nice. The room AC struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is wonderful, stylish, fresh, and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a counter in the lobby with everything you might need in your room: coffee and toiletries. The rooms have Refa hair dryers and Refa shower heads. I even bought myself this shower head after trying it at this hotel. Osaka Castle is visible from the windows in the hotel corridor. The hotel has a laundry room on the ground floor. I wasn't too keen on the smell of laundry after washing, as if they didn't add any laundry detergent.

The sink is sort of in the room/hallway. It didn't bother us, there is a sliding door so you can still close the bathroom part from the room if you wanted to. I would stay there again. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, there is a bakery at the mall with excellent European croissants. everything was very good

It’s clean and modern, easy to get to, and the staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it used to be

The facilities are nice with a large room that could easily fit our family. The breakfast food was great and the staff were helpful when we needed to store luggage after check out. The staff watch the breakfast area like hawks and even though I had pre-paid for breakfast, I was swiftly stopped when looking at the food options to show a receipt. It felt a little overbearing to be honest. If I hadn't already paid, I would have gone somewhere else if I couldn't even look at what they were offering... The other thing that could be improved is their coffee as it was the most bitter coffee I may have ever tasted and couldn't finish it.

Close to 2 different train lines and a JR line. Close to shopping mall and lots of dining options Cost to do laundry was expensive

Excellent location. Room was small but had everything needed. Lobby is comfortable to sit down. I was positively surprised by the overall experience. In the morning I wanted to get a coffee from the hotel restaurant. I was not permitted to do that unless I purchase a breakfast voucher which was around 13-15 euros (price intended for a full breakfast). There is an option to use the kettle in the hotel room but if anyone has spent time on Instagram they've seen what people are like so I wanted a coffee from a coffee machine. There is a Starbucks near by but this is the first hotel where I can't buy a coffee from the bar.
