The location is perfect. Like 1-2minutes away from station exit4. The lobby was very clean and smells nice. Staff were so friendly and always smiling. The rooms were tight. Toilet does not have the seat warmer. There is only shampoo and body wash. No hair conditioner. They should add a rack for clothes hanger inside the toilet. And they should put a cabinet

This hotel was fine. Rooms are clean, small but comfortable (unless you need more space; twin room maybe slightly more comfortable than double-bed room). Staff is friendly. Located just next to a metro station, including Osaka loop line, so easy to access and to reach other parts of town. At walking distance from many restaurants. Overall good value for money. Nothing in particular
