Very comfortable accommodations

Need to walk for 20 min to get to doronbori area. Only 1 elevator, so be patient to go up or done at some moments, room was smaller than what it looked

Bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The dryer really didnt dry well, even with little amounts of clothes.

Very comfy pillows. Nice quiet neighborhood but not difficult to get to the metro. A bit of a walk to the malls but do-able. Coffee machine is downstairs. A microwave is also available downstairs, but the lobby is very small.

Great location, about 20 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Close to Namba station and Limousine bus stop. Quite small but comfortable rooms. Coffee, tea, miso soup and a microwave in the lobby were a very convenient solution. The hotel is really worth the price.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and convenient location close to transport (OCAT, Sakuragawa Station, Namba Station, local buses). Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and tidy, and room keeping is done on request by placing a card on your door each day as needed during your stay. Though clean towels and rubbish liners are replaced daily. Breakfast was delicious, and after 3PM there is a drink service available in the restaurant area for water/tea/coffee/soft drinks. The facilities include a coin laundry and vending machine for ice and drinks as well. There is only one washing and drying machine in the coin laundry area which could get busy if a lot of guests need to use it (however I didn't experience that issue during my stay). Best to plan out when you need to do your laundry accordingly.

Despite the late hour, the staff was kind and helpful. The previous tenant of the room had left an automated wake-up program on the smart TV so I was woken up at 6.00am by the TV running local News at high volume. I reported the issue to the lobby staff the next morning and they proceed to remove the program, but it still sucked being woken so early since I was tired.

The air conditioner is noisy and cannot be adjusted to the desired temperature.

Good location, bathroom was clean and had provided amenities, comfortable and spacious bed with AC. No real complaints. The shower head was slightly broken and leaked water out of the sides and the overall water pressure was too weak. The floor could be a little bit more cleaner but was expected to not be spotless for what I paid and a standard hotel like this. The air vent / conditioning had lots of dust accumulated which I feel like could've been easily cleaned for guests. I can understand maybe others complaining about the lack of space in the bathroom / the room in general but I'm small and didn't have much luggage so was not an issue for me, but I guess it's something to be aware of.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the ice machine. Room was exactly how described. Dryer was very quick and efficient. Location wasn’t far from the major shopping strip but far enough that you’re away from hustle and bustle. Lots of convenience stores nearby and train station isn’t too far. Would recommend! Breakfast was not great, probably would recommend going to a convenience store or something instead. Breakfast tasted like it had been sitting out and the next morning at 6:30 saw it already out (breakfast started at 7) but a good option if you just want to try a few local things.
