The breakfast food is delicious and there are many choices. The toilet and bath is too small.

The price comparing to other places during the Osaka expo. A little; but not that far from the Osaka station( 10 min walk). The room is toooo small( couldn’t properly open 2 luggages)- there’s an odd “wardrobe” near the bed, which has no meaning, and cause of that the gap between them( bed and wardrobe) is like 15-20sm…..

Location was 15 minute walk from Osaka station. A nice breakfast. Front desk was helpful. Area had some interesting neighbors. Bathroom in room is an odd. It is a drop in unit that looks like a drop in module. There is a 6-8 inch step up into bathroom/toilet area. Tub is deep and short. It was a significant step into tub with not much room to maneuver. Husband has hip issues and did not shower since he could not lift legs high enough to get in tub. We would not stay again due to this. I was able use the tub and it was nice to soak in.

the plaace was not spacious, but they manage it well. The breakfast was sufficent and consistent. there not that much choices, but it was ok regarding the hotel rank and the price.

The staff were wonderful and responsive to our needs. It was located close to where we wanted to be in Osaka. Our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, there was mold along the shower.

Only two of the three washing machines were working and the people who were using them weren't prompt about moving their clothes, more machines would be nice, also some young guy was working as maitre d in the restaurant over the weekend, the guy insisted that people wait in the lobby until he seated them even though there were plenty of open seats. The first day the wait was only 5 minutes. The second day I got tired of waiting after 15 minutes when there were open seats available the entire time. The guy tried to shoo me back into the lobby. I refused and eventually he relented and gave me one of the open seats. But this should have never happened.

Decent location Room had a bad smell, air conditioning was noisy, didn't fit in the bathroom. I reserved for two days and left after the first night.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was clean, and the location is perfect.

Extremely small washroom, location not too near to any stations.

The breakfast was simple but very fulfilling, although it can feel a bit rushed since the hotel recommends a 30-minute time limit. The location is great since it's a 10-15 minute walk from the Umeda station so it's very accessible. The wifi in my room was very slow and it often disconnects. I had to physically sit near the door in order to get better wifi signals.

Awesome bathtub and breakfast have varieties of options. Hotel staffs are always friendly and able to explain in perfect English, thank you ☺️☺️ Unable to check in with machine, hotel staff assisted immediately; but checking out was very easy.

The location is very convenient, a little distance from the busy street yet close to the main street and train stations.

The place is small but we loved it! Great staff!

nice business hotel. fairly good value. well located blocks from Osaka station. minimalist elegance public areas. tiny room as usual. hard bed as most hotels of this class. no large luggage travelers nee apply.

Very accommodating staff

We were unable to sleep with the air conditioning on due to excessive noise. As a result, the room became uncomfortably warm throughout the night.
