Literally everything is automated yet when you need it staff is so easy to find. All of ones need is already present and clean comfortable rooms.

Check-in öncesi ve check-out sonrası valizlerimizi güvenli odada tutmak önemli bir kolaylıktı. Kahvaltı Avrupa tipi kahvaltıdan uzak olsa da yeterli miktarda çeşit vardı. Check-in öncesi sonrası kullanımda olan ( hatta ikindi vakti donut, kurabiye ikramı, akşam belli saatlerdeki ücretsiz içki alma olanağı bence müşteri için hoş bir karşılama niteliğindedir, oldukça olumlu değerlendirmeyi hak etmektedir. Kahvaltıda Avrupalı turist düşünülerek (omlet, domates, salatalık, peynir vb) menü çeşitlendirilebilir. Çok sorun olmasa da metroya uzaklığı bulunmaktadır.

If you have a large suitcase or a lot to carry, Osaka station is kinda far to carry all the goods you have throughout your stay in Osaka. Best to use uber or taxi to get to the hotel.

Was just disappointed with the used mugs and cups left at the counter since they were clearly dirty dishes, they didn't bother to replace them with clean ones.

We love the little touches like the lounge in the evening! This stay was clean, comfortable and a good location.

The location close to metro station , restaurants , great staff and clean and good breakfast.

Unfortunately, the room was quite dusty, especially the curtains next to the bed. It was most noticeable at night when sleeping directly underneath them. Found myself coughing quite a bit in the room. However, other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Clean and quiet. Happy hour was great with great selection. Bit far from Osaka station to walk when we were tired. Walking to station after rest in the morning was fine.

We had a very convenient and comfortable stay at this hotel in Osaka. Its location near Osaka Station made it incredibly easy to get around the city and take day trips to nearby destinations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the useful facilities, including the water refill station and laundry facilities, which came in handy during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and one we would happily choose again.

Check in was at 3 pm, but since our rooms were ready they let us check in before 3 pm.

Close to Umeda and Osaka Station, once you learn to navigate the surroundings. The lounge is nice after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast area is a bit small and may be full occasionally.
