The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was comfortable and big. The hotel is 5-8min walk from a station and very close to various convenience stores. N/A

Large room, good location in walking distance from Osaka castle and MRT. My room came with a multi-headed charger (USB-C, micro-USB, iPhone and others).

The beds are nice - mattresses are firm and there are two pillows per person. there was a small kitchenette which was very handy. The unit bath was small, but that is normal. It is on a side street, so quieter than the hotels on the big, Main Street. I would strongly suggest that you put a small table BETWEEN the twin beds, or on each side of a double bed. It is very inconvenient without one. And to put some kind of reading light above each bed. The overhead light is very bright, and we wanted to read in bed before going to sleep, but there was no light except the big room overhead light.

It has a good value and is pretty close to a metro station. The furniture was a bit old but still good.

Location was convenient to the trains. 7-11 and market were nearby. The room was indeed spacious. We like having a washer. The facility was a bit dated. There were mold in the bathroom.

- The hotel is well located - Staff were nice - The apartment option is spacious but outdated. The photos looked better. Not the right option for someone who wants a modern hotel room. - There were parts of the apartment that weren't clean, such as mould above the mirror. It's understandable given the large size of the room

Toilet room ventilation wasn't great or didn't exist at all. The unit smelled like urine, especially in one of the bedrooms. Eventually the smell cleared out, except for the one bedroom.

Amazing hotel, much better than the expected from the photos.

The location was good. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel allowed smokers in the rooms. Everything in the room was yellow, stained with years of cigarette smoke. It smelled like cigarettes to a choking point. Incredible disgusting. The wi fi was slow and pretty much useless.

great rooms, space was very good for 4 people - specially since we were among friends and not family, having separate rooms helped a lot! there being only one elevator was a bit limiting, we were on the last floor so there was always a bit of a wait to leave / get to the room also, location was okay - there are more interesting locations in Osaka, but it was easy to go around by public transportation and get wherever we wanted to go - for the price we payed, we felt it was a good deal

The size of the room was great. We loved the older Japanese room aesthetic. The Semba shopping center was not too far away either. The beds were more comfortable than expected.

The larggest and best room I have been in Japan. And I have been in 5 different hotels. I like everything.
