The. Room is spacious also it's clean

- The hotel is well located - Staff were nice - The apartment option is spacious but outdated. The photos looked better. Not the right option for someone who wants a modern hotel room. - There were parts of the apartment that weren't clean, such as mould above the mirror. It's understandable given the large size of the room

Toilet room ventilation wasn't great or didn't exist at all. The unit smelled like urine, especially in one of the bedrooms. Eventually the smell cleared out, except for the one bedroom.
-
Amazing hotel, much better than the expected from the photos.

The location was good. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel allowed smokers in the rooms. Everything in the room was yellow, stained with years of cigarette smoke. It smelled like cigarettes to a choking point. Incredible disgusting. The wi fi was slow and pretty much useless.

great rooms, space was very good for 4 people - specially since we were among friends and not family, having separate rooms helped a lot! there being only one elevator was a bit limiting, we were on the last floor so there was always a bit of a wait to leave / get to the room also, location was okay - there are more interesting locations in Osaka, but it was easy to go around by public transportation and get wherever we wanted to go - for the price we payed, we felt it was a good deal

The size of the room was great. We loved the older Japanese room aesthetic. The Semba shopping center was not too far away either. The beds were more comfortable than expected.

The larggest and best room I have been in Japan. And I have been in 5 different hotels. I like everything.

Great
-
The location was great, close to lots of food and train stations. Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind.

The hotel was close to the subway, on a quieter line than the Tanimachi or Chuo lines. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a mini kitchen with various equipment such as a pan, plates, and cutlery. The hotel building was very, very old. The hallways really need renovation. Although a minor renovation had been done in the room, it was clear that it was still old. The bathroom was quite small, and the door creaked when opening. I think it needed a more thorough renovation. There was a lot of dirt next to the refrigerator. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time.

Hotel close to 3 line of subway train. There are a lot of convenient shop and restaurants around the hotel.

Great for Family room Walk to far from station and some amenity have to buy even stay for many days

Neat, tidy. Nice little kitchen. Basic but good.

The location was good, close enough to the trains. The room is spacious which is always rare in Japanese cities. Free Wi-Fi. My room had a balcony, which was nice when you wanted to sit outside and relax. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the walls, at least in my room, had markings that needed to be cleaned. Not a lot of outlets if you have multiple devices.

It is nearby subway and there lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
-
Location was great, it was a couple of minutes walk away from most things and the subway system for everything else. Nothing
-
very good value for money , very good room size , very polite staff nothing to complain of

I like the fact that the hotel is on a side street, so less noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a nice kitchen. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are great. The bathtub/shower room was clearly only 1/2 modified from the original apartment one. It was impossible to run a bath without the water getting all over the floor. (The faucet for filling the bath didn't quite fit over the bath.) There is no shower curtain, so the floor gets soaking wet when you take a shower and the shower head is not over the bath, it is between the bath and the sink. Very awkward. And the sink was also in there, so if you want to brush your teeth, you get your feet wet. Or you wear slippers and risk slipping on a wet floor. These are apartments that have been turned into hotel rooms. But they need to put more electrical outlets by the beds, a night table between the beds, and fix the bathtub room. I have stayed at this property before - a single room - and had none of these problems. So it is not a hotel-wide issue.
