Really nice place to stay for backpackers. Clean, with nice facilities and a good location. Train station is 5 min walk and Osaka Castel 7-10 min. Compared to other hostels in Japan the price for a double-bed room was really good. Plus an own small fridge in the room. Absolutely recommendable.

Not any fault of the properties, but it was a very loud street, and there wasn’t much of a view from the window which was fine, but there was not really any light in the room except for the ones that we turned on.

The staff were extremely kind and they spoke good english so there wasn't a language barrier whenever I needed help they were always there to help rooms were clean and worth the value I highly recommend this place.

Location is good but my windows were facing the road. You will need to walk a little bit to get to the metro station The facilities are amazing. There are several coworking places with amazing view, coffee, small kitchen and good internet

The staff while checking in was helpful with restaurant suggestion. - superior deluxe wasn’t superior, bathroom too tight can’t use the facility comfortably couldn’t sit down for natures call - the room was suffocating no ventilation and the Ac didn’t work - it was too hot we went down to the reception to ask for help to switch on AC as there was only heat and fan option but didn’t get any resolution -bad smell in the hallway of my floor -the room had a separate piping and electrical room which was very weird

The hotel has really good location. Near Metro line, convenient stores, restaurant. We booked a private room with private bathromm. The room was small but well designed. Super clean. The staffs were very friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

The location is good, close to the castle, to metro stations, and the central area. The common areas are also very good, and the shared kitchen helps a lot. The room is simple and small but great for the price value. There were no windows on the room, and even in the fall it felt a little too hot. But there is air-conditioning to help.

They held luggage for us for a few weeks, which they did not have to do! (for a small fee)

The facility is nice except the elevator, laundry area and the common area smell like cigarette. The lounge on 10F often is hot. So I spent all my time inside my room i don’t think the floor in my bedroom was swept.
