The staff was friendly Extremely small room, you can’t even walk in there, for this price my friends got much bigger rooms closer to Dotombori

Location was ok. Staff was very nice. The rooms were tiny and cold! The beds were very uncomfortable!!

I loved the breakfast! There was a variety of options every day, and everything was delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day.

The breakfast was lack in options (for example had no fruits and everything had wheat) and the coffee and orange juice were not good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to reach from Shin-Osaka Station. It had a private bathtub you could fill and relax in it. It has included breakfast, 5-10 minutes to local metros and close enough walking distance to Osaka Castle. The windows were closed but you could still feel the cold wind entering through somewhere from the corners of window. It wouldn't be so bad if the AC heated correctly but it was kinda not working as in it was blowing normal air frequently in between hot/warm air.

Perfect option to stay in Osaka, 5 min away from metro station, walking distance to Osaka castle. Staff is very nice and the included breakfast is amazing

There are many pros: Very comfortable bed with room having all necessary amenities. Over out 4 night stay, the breakfast was varied, nutritious and satisfying. The front desk and breakfast staff are kind efficient and hardworking! The only con is that the room did noy have the space to leave our carry on bags open.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staffs are friendly. The corridors don't have Aircon so when you get out of your room you can feel the heat or sudden change in the temperature.It's just like you walk outside the building.

Very good cheap room, gives you everything that you need. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Only issues I had was the location was a bit close to the highway and it was quite hard to get to, but it’s close to a subway so not really an issue. My room smelled like cigarettes a bit but overall great stay

Very friendly personnel that will help out with anything you need! Downstairs are little extras you can take if you need them, like toothbrushes, razors, etc. the location is great, with a subway right next door, as well as plenty of supermarkets in the neighborhood!
