The only downside was it’s a little bit of a walk from any bus stops/train stations. It’s not too bad if you’re able bodied! It was nice to be removed from the city center though! Much quieter at night and such.

The room is good, clean, has everything you need, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very kind, and the building is also cool. It’s kinda far from the station, so walking with luggage is a bit stressful.

Great welcoming staff. Good value small room. Clean and tidy, good kitchen and communal area.

The hostel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. It’s 30min walking to Dotonbori and 6 min walk to the metro.

this was our first time in japan and this particular hostel exceeds our expectation. the staff were very friendly as well as very very helpful to us in answering our questions about osaka and places to visit. we really appreciate their hospitality and exceptional services. not only the cleanness of the room but the proximity to osaka metro stations (8 mins walking). the late check-in (after 11pm) was also great via email. we would recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to osaka whether as a single or as a couple. ly and julie from virginia, usa

I got a double room and it was small but perfect for a solo traveler. It was also amazing to have 2 sets of towels. Location was good for me, there is subway stations near by, +/-10min walk, and also great restaurants and bars. WiFi was stable and fast, I’m a digital nomad, and it wasn’t able to use the “co-working” space as I work during the night, but, I had space available in the lobby every day, next to the kitchen, and that was good enough for me. Staff were very helpful, and some very friendly, which is appreciated. Room and bathroom are very small, also the free complementary are not the best quality, there is just one small Brita filter container for filter water, and green tea was instant instead of a proper teabag. Fridge is also very small for the amount of guests. No weekly activities planned to help guests to mingle or socialize. For digital nomads, Co-working space is not available 24/7, if you don’t during the day, you won’t be able to use it.

The room was very small and it wasn’t as clean as I expected.

It had a decent amount of space for Japanese standards, but it was a little tight for 2 people and 2 bags but nothing to complain about. The room was just big enough to fit a bed, and a little space to the side for a desk. The private bathroom that was included was decent sized too. I don't think there'd be enough space for a couple that has big luggages. Pack light! Nice and clean, nice staff. Nothing really, as long as you set your expectations right you will be happy! the rooms in Japan are usually smaller compared to the US.

There is a smoking room on the first floor, and whenever people exit it fills the common seating area with cigarette odor for a few minutes. My bunk was on the second floor right above that area and even there the smell would sometimes seep through the ceiling/floor. It never was bad enough in the bunk to be a problem and wouldn't be an issue in other rooms/higher floors, but it was notable enough to knock my rating down to a 9.

So many things are included that you never see anywhere else. Your luggage has to be on the first or second floor separate from accommodations. You have to go to a different floor where your luggage is to get any clothes or toiletries out. Except for one table, top your opening and scrounging through your luggage on the floor in the hallway. There is very little room for opening and repacking your luggage.

Loved the people there, very comfy and very welcoming and accommodative! Will come here again on my next trip! N/A

Close to Osaka castle, clean, capsule curtains are very good Not really the property’s fault, but people coming and going late at night can be disrupting (though that’s somewhat expected with hostels)

This Hostel was clean, staff was friendly, check-in and check-out was easy, and facilities were honestly really convenient! The room itself was small, but clean and comfortable. The room comes with a hair dryer and an air purifier. No weird smells, no mold on the walls, we were honestly very happy to come back to this place every night. The shared kitchen is also clean and on the main floor - they have enough kitchenware to comfortably make simple meals. There is a kettle and a water filter as well for drinking water. The main lobby also has seating where you can eat or lounge and play some board games. The second floor has coin laundry. All in all very happy with this place. We had 1 night where the heating system wouldn't turn on, and said it was locked, so we were quite cold. However the staff were able to help us fix it the next day. Location is also not the mostttt central, you need to walk 10min to get to a station, but still very doable.
