Great location and great facilities They do not ship luggage, however there are two luggage shipping businesses within walking distance

It was good enough. Clean and modern. Nothing that is disliked.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Good value. Few stops from Umeda station.

Excellent location, just a few blocks away from metro stations and walking distance from Shinsaibashi, plenty of convenience stores nearby. Staff was very attentive and room was the standard tight fit but comfortable for solo travelers, very clean as well.

It was gorging through renovation so I can’t comment The room had a certain smell I’m not sure if it was the carpet or the ventilation system but it had a moldy smell to it

They don’t offer daily cleaning, and they’re having construction when we were staying there so the lobby was a bit cramped.

Location is close to a train station, friendly staff who can speak English, decent Wifi, nice amenities, a wide range of toiletries were available (incl sleepwear), clean and quiet rooms since my room is at the end of the hallway. The main door is locked after 10 pm for safety. For a tiny room, there is a small fridge and an air purifier, which is a bonus. The room is really small (which is normal in JP). Even a room for two will be a challenge if you have luggage. There is only a small window in the room. The air is very dry, and there is no humidifier. I asked the staff for this, and they couldn't really help but suggest hanging wet towels. There is no free late check-out.

Close to the metro and plenty of little shops and restaurants. I wish there was a fan or air in the bathroom as there needs to be circulation after a shower or bath.

The staff and the location

Quiet location, slept peacefully, clean, friendly staff, able to store luggage upon check out, LUUP rental scooter right outside the front door. My room faced neighboring building less than 5’ apart.

The location is perfect if you like to visit Osaka, very close to the main subway lines to get around, just 20 minutes walk from Dotonbori and 35 minutes to the Osaka Castel. It is perfect if you want to visit the modern part of the city or just to go to the Osaka station to go to Himenji. Also, around are very good spots to eat very cheap with local and international food. The room was very small and the bed was very difficult to sleep, I think it was too little for me.

The property was located in a good position between 3 main districts in Osaka the team in the reception was smiling helpful and attentive to all questions the rooms was clean the bed was comfortable I really recommend this hotel.

Great location, best value for your money, the staff were friendly and spoke English. I have no complaints.

A bit walk distance from the closest subway

It was a last minute booking so we went there without checking anything. You can get free amenities like brush, toothbrush. The room was really cosy.

I loved that the front desk staff was always so polite and helpful. Several of them went out of their way to help me! My room was very comfortable and the hotel even gave me free pajamas! Last, the hot water turned on very quickly whenever I took a shower so that was such a nice thing to look forward to every time I bathed! I wish I had gotten a room with only one bed in it, but everything else was wonderful!

i liked the staff and location there are no windows! I mean, there was one window with a tv attached in front of it so it barely lets light in. On top of that the window itself is opaque so you can't actually see outside. I asked to change rooms and the very kind desk lady brought me to a different room to show me that all rooms had the same window situation. Terrible design.
