Very nice location near the metro stations Sakaisuji Hommachi and Nagahoribashi. Not enough power outlets in the room.

The staff was super friendly. Everything is old and uncared. They bathroom is moldy and the walls seem to be detached from the structure. You get the feeling that the floor is going to crack while you have a shower.

Clean, convenient, walking distance to metro. Hotel’s phone number cannot be called from non Japanese numbers. No phone in guest rooms. No bottled water. need to buy from vending machines. Toilet cannot be flushed on my last night. Room cleaning only once during my 5-night stay. Shower drain was very slow. Not every floor has a vending machine. Only 7th and 4th floor. 4th floor vending machine needs to either use cash or download an app not available for non Japanese Apple IDs. 7th vending machine water was sold out on my last night. Only sugary drinks left.

Everything I expected. No complaints, just a simple, no frills room and close to the main attractions in the Namba area.

IT was a clean room, very nice people. We had a quiet room, the hotel îs located în a very good place, near restaurants and shops. The room îs small but îs not a problem.
