The building was under construction, there is only 1 elevator which means it can take several tries to get out of the building in the morning with luggage unless you use the outdoor stairs which isnt easy to do with luggage. Room size was VERY small, not really a complaint just an observation, lighting was okay. However the bathroom was sooo small and had a large step up to get into which I tripped over in the middle of the night several times.

Good and friendly staff 1.The pillow is not the normal type, it's too hard ! 2.a bit far from the dotonburi (15 min walk) But if you're used to it it's OK 3.The room cleaning was not conduct in the day they promise (I have to go to tell staff)

There is a WIFI dead zone in my room. We were on floor 7, and we had NO wifi. It worked in other parts of the building so not our room. This meant there is a dead zone on floor 7. This is a feature that was promoted was obviously not true for our room!

Close to Shinsaibashi commercial center. Conveniently located because of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, subway stations. Helpful staff. Nice hotel interiors.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, close to the metro stations. Good value for money. In walking distance to the majority of attractions. Staff was very helpful, we forgot paintings in Nara hotel, they helped to deliver it to the hotel, making sure the items delivered before our departure from Japan. Thanks to them. Nothing

A bit 7-8 walk from nearest station but is near to Dotonburi by 15 minutes walk which makes it worth the money A bit of a walk

For the price it was a great location to access the city's shopping and eating district. We thought we would have very small rooms, however, the rooms were more spacious that expected and very comfortable. for one of the rooms we would have preferred twin beds but that wasn't possible during our stay
