Bespoke Hotel Shinsaibashi

Very small rooms

The hotel is close to shopping and metro stations. They also had umbrellas available, however, due to the constant rain I was able to walk across the street and buy my own. The lighting in the room was dim. There was also a substantial step up into the bathroom.

Easy to get to, very convenient location close to Dotonbori with lots of stuff close by, while being quiet and away from the crowds/noise! The neighborhood around has many cute cafes and restaurants. Felt safe and secure with keycard access to your floor. Our room was comfortable, super clean bathroom. Staff is kind and helpful. Room is tiny, but okay if you are only there to sleep. If you have more than two roller bags, it will be insanely tight in the standard double room. This was fine for us, small rooms are standard in Japan, and we were out during the day. However we had larger rooms at hotels in other cities for cheaper. Maybe there are other rooms that are larger though!!

Exceptional hotel and eveything was clean and helpful staff. It’s a bit of a walk from the public transports.

The location was good. They only give you one key even if there are two of you staying.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, which is my top priority. The breakfast buffet at the attached cafe was very tasty and fresh, one of these I’ve had at a hotel of this price range. The building felt new or at least recently remodeled and the common areas in the lobby were nicely decorated. The bed (and pillows) were extremely firm which I found uncomfortable. I have had better sleep on futons in the floor. The double room was quite small for two people. We only had backpacks which worked out for us, can’t imagine trying to open a large suitcase there, but this is typical for Japan.

The hall way was cold because the door was opened causing my room to be cold. But other than that it was great

We enjoyed our stay at Bespoke Hotel Shinsaibashi! The room was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was well located near Dotonbori with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and helpful! Everything was great!

Hotel was in an amazing location - could walk pretty much anywhere! Hotel itself was wonderful- clean and modern. The room itself was small but just what we needed. The bathroom could have been a little nicer. Shower was definitely small.

Location the hotel by same name in Tokyo was great but the one in Osaka terrible Room was very dirty, we had to move out to another room, rooms are super small no space for luggage, no place to put clothes had to climb up to enter restroom,staff was rude

Great location, 5 minutes walk to metro and close to many stores and restaurants. Also convenience stores across the street. Missing wardrobe, on the small size room but still quite comfortable

The staff was extremely friendly and the location was great for us. As other reviews have mentioned the bathroom is an issue. We were on the eleventh floor and from the beginning of our stay till we left the bathroom emanated a strange smell almost sewer like. It was tolerable we did end up using a spray but not pleasant or comfortable to have to deal with. The space is also quite small typical of japanese hotels but this was definitely even more compact. The room was also noticeably dusty.
