Exceptional Hotel and fantastic service.

Breakfast is moderate and keep in mind that hotel is very small so there is no lobby or restaurant

Strange but clean and spacious hotel in great location. The entry was designed for James Bond and the jury is still out on the perpetually full bathtub. Lovely little coffee shop around the corner The breakfast was ok but the coffee was absolutely awful. A good cup of coffee in the morning would have helped me to love this hotel a lot more. The champagne and happy hour were very expensive.

What wonderful experience in Osaka. There is only one room per floor. It was like safehouse to enter the hotel which was fun. Every room has different champagne brand theme and we had our own mini Onsen. Breakfast was served a room service and was delightful. It is also a short walk to the restaurants, shops and entertainment areas.

1. Breakfast: I liked the pastry, yogurt, and toasted and honey butter bread for breakfast. It was perfect for the start of the day. Also, they accommodated our early departure and provide breakfast early. 2.Most loved about the continue running of the bath tub. Long day of exploring in Osaka and Kyoto, it was perfect for relaxation. 3. pajamas for two. Very comfortable I didn't like the bed shoved against the wall. Difficult to get in and out of the bed. Over all, it was a good stay.

Beautiful design and materials, an onsen, location. Happy hour was expensive.

The staff was friendly and accommodating from booking until check out, and answered any questions I had prior to check in promptly. It was in a great location that allowed us to easily get around Osaka. As well, the omakase dinner we had at the hotel’s restaurant was incredible. Room can get quite hot if the sun is shining and the blinds are open. Fortunately the air conditioning worked well and got the room back to a comfortable temperature quickly.

Feels like a romantic solitary escape location. Breakfast is not worth it at all and hardly counts as breakfast. Too much light everywhere with switch for light distribution across all rooms making it a chore each night to get the room dark.

Great location, really nice rooms and great staff. The Champagne theme is very nice and the in room bottle selection is varied and great. The in room western breakfast was nice but minimal

Check-in process was a bit slow.

Fantastic hotel with new facilities and the location couldn’t be better. Tucked away from the busy streets but close to everything. Staff were very attentive and nice. Bathroom was amazing! Couldn’t book another night :/

A brilliantly designed, modern hotel with the most charming and warm staff, a fabulous restaurant, in excellent location. A novel concept and I wish this new hotel every success!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this one is definitely in the top 5.

Good service, fine and clean property. Good location

Spacious, nice and clean. Safe for solo traveler. The location, kind of hard to find and hidden. No streetlight along the roadside.
