I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Osaka! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a huge help. There were also complimentary amenities available in the lobby if needed. The hotel has an elevator as well, which was very convenient when traveling with luggage. Breakfast was included and served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. While fairly simple, it was a perfectly good way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was one of the highlights; the shower was excellent, and the bathtub was surprisingly large. The toilet and other facilities were spotless. The beds were comfortable and sturdy, and we slept very well during our stay. The location was fantastic. Shinsaibashi Station is only about a 5-10 minute walk away, and Dotonbori can be reached in roughly 20 minutes on foot. The neighborhood is filled with cafés, restaurants, and places to grab a drink, so you’ll never run out of options. Despite being close to everything, the area felt peaceful, quiet, and very safe, even at night. Overall, this was easily one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. Great service, comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, it felt like a much more premium experience than its 3 star rating would suggest. Highly recommended! The only minor drawback was the bathroom sink. It was quite low and on the smaller side, leaving very little room to wash both hands at the same time. Not a major issue by any means, but something worth mentioning.

The location is very central. We found the staff super helpful. They kindly received a package that was sent to us before we arrived. The rooms were small but well designed. Would definitely stay there again. There was only coffee available downstairs, no other. Refreshments. Breakfast was not great but overall the rooms were great value.

Excellent location and great value. We stayed for one night and it was totally worth it. Short walk distance from the subway station and about 20 min walking from Dotonbori. There were some paid parking lots available around the area but we decided to leave the car outside Osaka and take the train instead. Less hassle. There were also a konbini nearby and many options for food and drinks. The room was fine, appropriate size and had all the amenities necessary for the stay. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and smooth. And honestly after all the walking around it felt like heaven. The breakfast was simple but good, a kind of “set meal” and honestly it was perfect. The staff were friendly and polite. There were umbrellas available for guests and it was very useful cause it was raining all day. Overall a great stay. We would totally recommend and come back again. The pillows weren’t that much comfortable. But that wasn’t a problem to us falling asleep.

The staff are all very helpful! The location is convenient, you can get a lot of things to eat around. It’s also very close to the metro station. The room is not big, but the layout is very nice and neat. I love how they separate the toilet and the bathroom. Nothing.

As vegetarians, we usually book hotel accommodations with breakfast included. Surprisingly, they did not have anything vegetarian on the menu for us. We were requested to have sliced baguette bread with butter and black coffee.

The service and the staff was so welcoming and kind. Our room was super tidy. There were plenty accommodations available. It was also super convenient location to almost everything. The bed was just a little uncomfortable.

An exceptional value and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Would return here next time.

Needs a bit walk for the closest subway

Safe street but near the busy Shinsaibashi. Not enough towel or clothes hooks in the bathroom.

the hotel is very neat & clean. near to glico man, the location is peaceful & quiet. parking area is very near to the hotel. the pillows are too small & too thin as if you couldn’t feel the pillow. pillows has to be a bit thick & soft for better sleep. i just put my unused pieces of hoodies to make more thicker. but still, it was a wonderful night to stay in this hotel???

It also seems new and the toilet and bath are separated which is different from a standard business hotel. The breakfast could have been better though although for the price that we paid, it should be fine.
