Good Location not so far from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street ,Friendly staff Nothing

The staff are all very helpful! The location is convenient, you can get a lot of things to eat around. It’s also very close to the metro station. The room is not big, but the layout is very nice and neat. I love how they separate the toilet and the bathroom. Nothing.

Clean and comfortable. Fewer food for the breakfast.

As vegetarians, we usually book hotel accommodations with breakfast included. Surprisingly, they did not have anything vegetarian on the menu for us. We were requested to have sliced baguette bread with butter and black coffee.

The service and the staff was so welcoming and kind. Our room was super tidy. There were plenty accommodations available. It was also super convenient location to almost everything. The bed was just a little uncomfortable.

An exceptional value and the front desk staff were very accommodating. Would return here next time.

Needs a bit walk for the closest subway

Safe street but near the busy Shinsaibashi. Not enough towel or clothes hooks in the bathroom.

the hotel is very neat & clean. near to glico man, the location is peaceful & quiet. parking area is very near to the hotel. the pillows are too small & too thin as if you couldn’t feel the pillow. pillows has to be a bit thick & soft for better sleep. i just put my unused pieces of hoodies to make more thicker. but still, it was a wonderful night to stay in this hotel???

It also seems new and the toilet and bath are separated which is different from a standard business hotel. The breakfast could have been better though although for the price that we paid, it should be fine.

Breakfast was nice, bedding was soft, the bathroom was clean, and the sleep wear was comfy. The toiletries and additional items were easy to access by the elevator. Check in was seamless and very straight forward. Despite there being construction next door, the room was very sound proof and quiet. Other than the bathroom, the room seemed a bit dated . The air conditioner also had a dripping stain and was very dusty. When the air conditioner was turned on there was a mold like smell coming in. We confirmed this by turning off the air conditioner and realizing the smell went away. The lighting in the pictures given on the booking site were very different than what we experienced. The lighting was very yellow and dim specifically in the washroom.

Good location, good reviews, breakfast, reasonable cost Rooms are cleaned every 3 days which is fine but in our case there was unknown hair left in many spots like the floor and bed after cleaning was performed. It was definitely not our hair. Bathroom sink is low to the ground.

Size of the room was decent by Japanese standards. Staff were polite and helpful. Quiet area yet close enough to Namba and Dotonbori. No view from the room. Breakfast could have have more options. Construction noise next door was not made clear when booking.

The staff, location, and cleanliness of everything! We were also able to leave our luggage before and after check out, which was convenient. Unfortunately, our bed was uncomfortable for us. It was too firm for our liking and had a harder center (it may have been two beds pushed together).

Clean, and quiet with comfortable beds and convenient breakfast. Close to subway lines, excellent shopping and restaurants. Staff courteous and helpful.

The room was clean The staff did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate with them about cleaning our room or sending our luggage to the next hotel. At the end all was resolved but it was unnecessary difficult. We had to have a sign in the room that said that we want it to be cleaned and didn’t had one. At first the desk representative didn’t understand that it was missing and we needed to wait for another one.
