Location was very clean and was frequently cleaned by staff at all times of day. Location was okay and close to many local train routes. There were also close by convenience stores. The roof of the rooms were kinda low so you had to either kneel or bend over at all times when in the room, but I guess that is to be expected from a capsule hotel.

I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the shower and bathroom facilities. Staff was very helpful. I didn’t like how noisy neighbors who snore heavily can disrupt the peace and quiet in your own capsule. This neighbor was not considerate of others while sharing close sleeping proximity to other guests. Capsule only has a curtain therefore sound insulation is not the best. The capsule does get a bit hot due to lack of air ventilation.

Not being able to take elevator to first floor :( especially after walking 20,000+ steps per day

Clean and convenient. Staff was very helpful. Nice facilities on the first and second floor to use a laptop or eat store bought food. For the price I can not complain.

Very good location, very spacious capsules, clean and well-equipped showers, hot pool available at the hotel and comfortable public areas for working or eating.

You can hear everything/no noise cancellation, but probably common in capsule hotels.

Very cleanz very big space, the public bathroom with hot water is very good and location very close to dotonburi You can have bad luck and someone snores in the night, but excluding that, everything perfect

The staff were wonderful and the facility with the exception of the coaches in the smoking room (which having an indoor smoking room is a bonus) which require replacing. The Sento was well maintained and a great touch. As of February they are changing the check out to 10 am from 11 am. As well, they no longer provide a “help yourself” breakfast. The real challenge was getting to the second floor up stairs when I was injured to access the lobby and elevators to the rooms Staff did kindly move my suitcase up and down to the main floor on a staff elevator this time, which helped. The noise on the 8th floor due to other female guests 2 of my 3 nights was out of control. From 1 am to past 3 am 2 nights in a row. I did not appreciate being woken up and having to listen to chatting, luggage opening, package unboxing and tinkling for 2+ hours. Perhaps guests should be reminded to be mindful of other guests. I did approach the staff and they kindly dealt with the matter the best they could. ?

Upper room ladder is a bit hard to get up and down because of the narrow foot platforms but not impossible.
