It was easy to get to the major stations, close enough walk to some major markets including Dotonbori, free water, juice, and certain snacks in the lobby so that was nice. For two people the rooms can seem a little cramped, otherwise no real issues.

The location is great. Just a few minutes from central attraction. The room was so small/ There's no space to store luggages.

A very comfortable place to stay with an excellent location. The hotel is very accessible and conveniently close to many dining and shopping options, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was pleasant and satisfying. Highly recommended! None

Location, clean, near markets, bus and metro stations, restaurants, konbinis, 15-18 min walk to Dotonbori! Nice fridge and kettle! Tiny/Small bathroom.

The bunk beds were absolutely amazing and the extra facilities were quite good too despite me not using them. The location is about a 5-8 walk from train stations.

There's a convenient space for co-working, board games and chairs. Pretty much everything else. The beds are not comfortable, the pillows are solid, like they fill them out with stones. The first night a truck was unloading merch in the same building around 3-4am, I couldn't sleep. I took a video and save it for later ask a refund. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately, our room was directly above the smoking place, which is micro yard between this building and the next one. Our window was facing the wall, and it was not really possible to open it for a fresh air because of all the smoke and smell coming into the room. Air conditioner was in the room and we used it instead of opening the window. Unfortunately, it was not possible to exchange the room at the time of our stay.

The breakfast was good but could be more varied. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the reception who could speak English, which made communication easy and minimized any issues. However, the room was quite small, and especially the bathroom was too tiny, which was really uncomfortable.

the hotel was super clean and comfy!! good location also since its near the shopping center and konbinis the staffs were accomodating as well to answer my concerns and the toilet wasnt working when i arrived but was eventually solved ASAP which i truely appreciate

The size of the room is too small. The shower room is very small. No comfort during the shower and using the basin.

It was convenient, the room was quite. The breakfast was always full. Some male staffs were grumpy, but the female staffs always had a smile. Nothing, everything was right
