The hotel is almost at the heart of Osaka, and there are multiple metro stations nearby (10 minute walk or so). The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was rather small, but had everything you need. It was very clean, and the bed was quite comfy. There were lots different types of onigiri for breakfast, without any other options really. I would have appreciated a bit more variety when it comes to breakfast.

It's really the location, a taxi or bus service would have helped when transfering heavy suitcases when departing.
