Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi

Very clean

We always stay in this hotel while we are in Osaka. The room has a washer/dryer which is very convenient. We come back to dry and clean clothes every night. The neighbourhood is quiet and the hotel provides you with all the things you need for your stay. It is close to the tourist area without being too noisy. However, we chose economy this time out of curiosity. The room is too small for 2 people. We will go back to standard room next time.

Everything was great

The in-room washer/dryer was a lot of help. Good amount of space. The food selection was not great. There’s really only 2 selection. The buffet was only for a selection of bread and salad. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly and were too restrictive.

The in-room washer/dryer worked very well and dried my clothes nicely, especially considering it was an all-in-one machine. The hotel was a bit of a walk from Honmachi Midousuji subway station when carrying luggage, but it was only a short taxi ride to Nankai Station, where we could catch the direct train to Kansai International Airport. Overall, I would say the location was not bad at all. The room was a bit small but clean and functional. It was quite a walk from the Honmachi Midosuji platform. We had to go up and down several stairs before reaching the station exit, and there were no escalators, which made it a bit difficult with luggage. The station layout was also somewhat confusing. However, once we found the correct exit, the hotel was in a straight line and easy to reach.

The staff was friendly. The room is dusty. They have fake plants above the bed which is full of dust. They also have a headboard with light and that’s also dusty which I ended up cleaning. Try not to trip anything under the bed, that’s also very dusty.

We had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to travel from one attraction to another using the nearby train stations. There are also many amazing amenities around the hotel, including convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were practical and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We especially appreciated the drinks machine and the self-service toiletries area, which were both easily accessible and convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring Osaka. Perhaps, light snacks can be provided along with drinks machine

Coffee free every morning. The room was bigger than other hotels from the same chain. The fact that the reception is in the 18th floor with a view. The personnel was over the chart. The troubles with the English language were always covered by the effort and the simpathy of the crew. Nothing to complain.

The locker area on floor one is a really good initiative. The room was very spacious and clean. Elevators were fast. Did not have any breakfast or meals at the hotel. nil

All good, that's what you expect from a 4 star. Right half way between 2 metro stations... But knew that when booked.

I also appreciated the selection of soy milk, which was available free of charge. I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience during check-in. When I asked about my luggage, one of the staff members responded in a manner that felt somewhat cold and unfriendly. I regret that I do not recall her name, but I believe it sounded like a Korean name. Also, I noticed a strand of hair near the bidet control panel area, and there was a bit of dust on the glass surface near the table. While these were minor issues, they were slightly bothersome. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into for future improvement.

The room was a nice size. Beds water comfortable. No complaints about from Room itself. We like that the washlet was separate from the bathroom. Likef Nothing major. Interaction with staff upon arrival was not what we expected. The layout and location of reception is interesting Would not say it was the best but manageable. Staff was mostly very nice and courteous. Luggage was waiting in room. Nice touch. Pleasant stay Luggage transport out was confusing and not easy. We ended up booking a car service to take us and our luggage to airport.

So close to the train stations and near good food! Loved that there was a location for storing luggage if you still wanted to explore the city after check out. It was great to have autonomy at the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. Next to the Osaka station. Clean rooms and it does the job!

Street sounds were loud at night.

Location was very good; close to train exits. Wonderful entrance with the lighted floors! And lobby is located on an upper floor, which is great for security. Reception staff was able to contact a taxi, which arrived within 10 minutes. n/a

This property was clean, spacious (for Japan standards) and easy to access by public transport. There were lots of shops, conbinis, and food options within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and explained everything well and it was very reasonably priced! I would stay here again!
