Might be said close to the Shopping Street. - Room quite small for 2 person, - No bottle of water as complimentary, - No daily cleaning up, - Staff not so friendlly (individual person issue, I mean to only the first staff I met at front), - Cannot use toilet at 1F, - Cannot leave the luggage at hotel after check out (not really traveller friendly)

Only one (very old) room keycard. "If you lose that, or want another one, it will cost you 9,000 yen..." The hole in the wall; the broken shower bracket.

I stayed here for the Osaka Marathon. Quite close to Honmachi Station and the Chuo line going to Osaka Castle, with elevator access an 11-minute walk away. Lots of convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in the nearby area. Had my room cleaned every day and the hotel has a fresh sleeping button-down dress for you every day. Also has its own washing ang drying machines in the lobby so you can do laundry. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast box, so I skipped it every day after the first one.

Very dirty… so many dusk everywhere. Please make sure the cleaning service to cleaning well

The location. The room had an unbearable stench of cigarettes.

No staff in front desk most of the time in one day. Staff cannot speak English. No storage for carrier bag before check in and after check out. Very incovinient for the day of arrival and departure. Some hair found in bathroom wall when check in.
