Sometimes you might feel kitchen small I think because the property it’s close to restaurants

How convenient it was. The bed was kinda hard but I could tolerate it.

It's not far from Hommachi station, which has a direct connection to Shin-Osaka station. There are shops and restaurants right around the corner. Most of Osaka is accessible from here with one metro/train transfer. We had a room on the 9th floor and because of the hotel's orientation, we weren't bothered by street lights or noise (we slept with the window open). The beds were comfortable, the couch in the room offered just a little bit of extra seating. While it was nice to have a free breakfast buffet, we weren't fans of it. I would have loved some western options to be included such as eggs and bacon, some fresh fruit...

We stayed here with a group of 20, and it met our expectations. Clean, comfortable rooms. Small, yes, but this is often typical of business hotels in Japan. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. Easy walk to nearby subway stations, shopping, and restaurants. I'd choose to stay here again for a similar style trip.

Great location, lots of eateries and coffee shops around

Convenient to shop st and Metro Train Room was a closet which is typical for Japan but still frustrating especially at 100 plus a night. Also tall wall tub that was hard to navigate and small.

The hotel is centrally located and right in the middle of a shopping district. Close to train station and subway, there are multiple convenient stores and eateries (local and international - Burger King) around the hotel. The hotel provided free drinks (soft & hard) during happy hours. The breakfast could do with more options and the bed creeks when you move around.

Location was good for those who enjoy a good (and straight ahead) walk to Doutombori and the hotel was relatively quiet. There is a public bath you can use to unwind a bit. Rooms were tidy and clean and soundproof. You could hardly hear anyone from next door and I am a light sleeper. Also fast elevator. Very strict check in policy. I could not use the hotel's guest bath due to my tattoos which I think in 2022 as a tourist should not be an issue but apparently it was. Pwned. Wash and dry was not easy to do - instructions not clear and the dryer is not powerful enough. Stuff a bit hit and miss, I was expecting a warmer Japanese hospitality. Also the interior of the hotel is black and grey, not a very pleasant aesthetic. The included breakfast was below average and disappointing. Better hit a konbini. The price was a bit steep too - you can get a better hotel in the same street.

Great location. Great breakfast. Great public hot tub, a real relax after busy day. I have no negative sides to mention. I lost room key and had to pay for it 3000y, normal practice but just try secure your key card Great shopping spots around. Great transportation links. We loved it there and 100% book again! Thanks to amazing staff! Oh, happy hour 6-8pm. You can get a free drink. Amazing!

"I love how neat and clean the room is. It's very well-maintained. The breakfast selections are great, and I especially enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet. Additionally, there's an option for take-out food where a take-out box can be provided upon request at the front desk." The property is located near popular tourist spots in Osaka, such as Shinsaibashi-suji, the main shopping area, and Dotonbori, an entertainment and food district. The property is also close to Hommachi Train Station, which offers connections to other destinations in Osaka, as well as Kyoto and Nara.

Good location and nice breakfast Room is too small, even for Japan

Stayed here twice and the staff are great as usual. No hassle leaving my suitcase with them before checking in. Breakfast although obviously aimed towards more asian guests has a good selection and variety of food.

The bed was really comfy! Nothing to dislike really.
