The room was very small. could barely fit the king-size bed. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast space was very crowded and busy.

Rooms were on the smaller side, breakfast was okay. Many of the amenities that are free with other hotels weren't available. No water or coffee in the lobby. Staff were okay but not very helpful at the front desk.

Very clean and prompt housekeeping as needed. Room and bathroom were kept in excellent condition. Location is very close to shopping, attractions, and day trips, No people service. No one to do anything aside from sitting behind a desk. No luggage help, no Room service, limited or no choices for breakfast. Repeated menu with consideration for Hlal:/Muslim; although a lot of gusts complained to staff.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, modern, and serviced each day and on demand. The location is excellent, close to train stations, area attractions, and shopping. Breakfast was provided, but the choice of food was limited and repeated every day.

The rooms were generally clean and the shower was amazing. The room and washroom was small for two adults but it was ok. The breakfast was amazing! Space was a bit small for two Asian adults and workout room could use some dumbbells as options for those who want to work out. Thank you

Great hotel, near 2 metro stations, a lot of places to eat. Check-in was fast. I really liked that for additional EUR I could stay till 18.00 - with the late flight home it was nice. Laundry room and free water tank at our floor was bonus. Very small room. We had only backpacks - I don't know how to manage around the room with larger bags.

The location on Midosuji is very central, and is also really close to the metro station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely designed and the breakfast was awesome. Doing laundry was really convenient. Recommended!

The location is great, very modern area of Osaka, not noisy and walkable. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, the staff is great. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was much smaller than expected, a bit hard to open a suitcase on the floor.
