Good value for money and really good location. I liked how in the reception there was a social hub for people to eat their own dinner, play games etc. Room was extremely small and bathroom even smaller. Bathroom was also quite old and the ventilation was poor.

Price Location I expected better service from an IHG hotel. Overall vibe was off from staff and the only amenities they offer are in their lobby. That being said, it is fine for the price. If traveling on a tight budget this may be adequate for someone

The location is strategic - within a reasonable walking distance to surrounding (convenient stores, amenities, shops, metro stations and etc). Room size is expected small (as described), however some thoughtful settings such as the space under the bed which is super useful to keep the luggages so the space usage is maximised. The common lounge provides free coffee machine and hot/cold/carbonised water with dining and resting area. Overall the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would want to give them a big thumb-up!

Fantastic location! Being at the nexus of three metro lines made getting around incredibly easy. While the staff were helpful, a warmer demeanor would have enhanced the experience. The room was quite small, and we encountered a few maintenance issues. For example, the USB charging slot was broken, and several power outlets weren't working.

Location is good. We can walk through the shopping street easily and also aesy to access subway station. Room and facilities are good. Although there's no convenient store near the hotel, but they provide free coffee/tea, hot water. Other drinks and instant noodle can be purchased at the lobby too. The room is a bit tight for 2 persons, but managable.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Osaka without being in a "crowded" area. Helpful staff. Rooms decently sized for the city centre. Large and modern common area for work or socialising. Room a little dated. Hotel on the expensive side for what it was but I did book in peak time.

staff service ( As foreigner, glad to speak English then staff can understand easily :D ). addition facility / service ( welcome drink ,free drinking water, coffee machine service at lobby and ice cube machine service ) in term of bed sizing. I think its fit only for 1 person , but seem like the room plan to sell for 2 person also. it looks to small for 2 person.

Comfortable, clean hotel/hostel in good location with friendly, helpful staff. Social area is very nicely decorated. Room (deluxe apparently) is quite small.
