Very modern and clean The washer dryer combos are terrible. It didn’t even dry my dri-fit cloths.

The location is great, close to Hommachi station, and also a 10 minutes walk to the main Shinsaibashi area, 20 minutes walk to Umeda area. The hotel feels new and modern, the room size was ok for a couple, everything was clean. We visited during our honeymoon and they left a nice present for us on the bed, we were amazed and it was so nice. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Not that annoying but need to switch elevators in the lobby to get to the room and the elevators are pretty slow. Other than that everything was amazing.

The hotel feels uncrowded with plenty of space in the reception area & decent room size. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. No dislikes.

The hotel is very modern, clean and in a great location. Close to walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping and Dotonbori yet not in a very crowded noisy area. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. They were very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. Really nice hotel. Supportive nice staff. Clean room. Nice amenities / perks. Great overall value for money. Great experience. Would stay there again. You have to take two separate elevators to get to the room. Other than that, everything was perfeect.

Good breakfast, good bedding, good location No estra services. The sky room always closed. Not very nice to go up to the lobby to find the elevator yo ho down to the room

Breakfast was okay. Coffee definitely needs improvement. Also, the cleanliness of the dining facility is lacking. Stains on chair cushions, dust on windows, and dirty glass displays. Definitely not as clean as the room was.
