Staff was not friendly, I would pass a million time, and they do not even say hello. call my attention how it was not possible not even one day I could eat on the restaurants because it was all booked, after eating every evening on the all-day dining restaurant, one day I had a donut and I was ask to eat it outside because of the policy that make no sense since I had spent 150-200 dollars on meal per day, not letting me eat the donut after the dinner was not ok.

High- tech hotel in the heart of Osaka. New very clean and cozy. A lot of restaurants, great gym and lovely breakfast. Definitely will come back

Decor and location were amazing and staff were helpful. The breakfast queue was too long but the food was worth the wait. We were not advised to come and put our names down for breakfast.

Too modern therefore lost of real luxury value. The lobby is always too loud and swarmed people. Hence the value doesn’t reflect the hotel and services being provided.
