Nice and service minded staff. Nice room with a good bed. Excellent location Breakfast . After a looong waiting time , had to eat in the reception area which is not made for the purpose. Having breakfast sitting in a sofa with a small table far away is very uncomfortable. Bread selection also no good. No sourdough bread as in other 5 star hotels in Osaka. Bacon steamed, not fried and crispy. They are asking people to show up early for breakfast to prevent waiting time, but you don't want to get up 7AM when you are on vacation.

I liked everything. The customer service was incredible since checking in until checking out. Superb stay! I would love to go back again as soon as I could. Location is great, food, pool, SPA. No unpleasant odors! The view from the room! Impeccable with their cleaning!!! Amazing! Magnifique!!! I liked everything. I mean Everything!

Staff was not friendly, I would pass a million time, and they do not even say hello. call my attention how it was not possible not even one day I could eat on the restaurants because it was all booked, after eating every evening on the all-day dining restaurant, one day I had a donut and I was ask to eat it outside because of the policy that make no sense since I had spent 150-200 dollars on meal per day, not letting me eat the donut after the dinner was not ok.

High- tech hotel in the heart of Osaka. New very clean and cozy. A lot of restaurants, great gym and lovely breakfast. Definitely will come back

Decor and location were amazing and staff were helpful. The breakfast queue was too long but the food was worth the wait. We were not advised to come and put our names down for breakfast.
