It was not a surprise, so nothing to dislike, just to be prepared - the room and bed sizes are quite small so can feel quite cramped if travelling with a lot of luggage. There is no place to unpack for example. We were out all day and needed a functional place to rest for the night, which it is.

Incredibly convenient and extremely friendly staff with a very easy check-in and very clean, very stylish rooms with lots of amenities. Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Great location as well. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Sitting up to watch TV at that angle was difficult from bed. The bed was so hard, my tailbone hurt from sitting up. Only one pillow given. Need at least two. The shower sign should maybe be on the OUTSIDE of the door instead of inside and clearer English BIGGER font. ("Look Up!" "Check water temp, before turning shower on.") When you're in the shower, you don't have your glasses on, can't read. It was a SHOCK to turn the shower on with a blast of cold water. The towel in the bag thing was odd, appreciate the idea...but just weird to see people's bag towels hanging off their doorknobs.

The location was really conveniently placed with Shinsaibashi-Suji right near the hotel with shopping and restaurants close by. It was about a 15 min walk to Dotonbori so you arent right in the middle of it but close enough to walk there. The train station is a 5 min walk as well so you can easily travel to other sites around Osaka and up to Umeda easily. We arranged to have our bags shipped to our next hotel which the reception kindly organised for as us which was also handy. Not much we didnt like, if booking again would choose a slight bigger room but overall for the price, locations and facilities we couldnt really find fault.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. The space is decent for a family of 4. The bathroom is modern compared to other hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Namba.
