Cleanliness. Dirty floor - hairs and dirt. The desk chair is worn-out, a little gross.

It was the perfect location for me. Centrally located for shopping, business and to access the subway The breakfast was very monotonous. The pillows are way too hard.

Staff were friendly and helpful, good location in Shinsaibashi, clean hotel rooms and easily accessible services on site such as laundry, good breakfast I found it odd that I had to give my hotel card back to reception for a cleaner to clean my room. Towels etc were given each day, but odd that I had to go through a lengthly process to get this done. Not a complaint, I just have never come across this before.

Very clean, nice staff, excellent location and a breakfast included. The pillow was hard and uncomfortable. It felt like there was heavy thick straw inside!
