The staff was amazing and the location was very good. Also appreciated the 24/7 coffee and other drinks. The room was very small but that is a bit normal in Japan.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are very small (get a room with 2 beds if you can) but they had all you needed for a short stay. Nothing was bad at all.

The rooms were well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus the hotel was centrally located. We were able to store our luggage there for the day that we checked out so we can explore Osaka further.

Clean, great staff, easy location ; Solid 8/10 We liked free snacks and drinks in the afternoon, staff were very helpful, under bed storage and a few extra hangers would have made it a 9/10, with an added coffee machine 10/10

Staff were friendly and very polite. The room smelled bad when I entered it and the bed had dome kind of weirdly hard surface.

Great location, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was the best we have had in Japan so far, a real highlight. Nice touch offering complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks throughout the day in the communal lounge area that has a nice cozy vibe. Felt well looked after and comfortable. Nothing

Location was excellent, close to subway and train stations and within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful, organised our luggage to be sent on to our next hotel. Loved having access to a washing machine and dryer. Pillows were a bit hard and bed size is a bit smaller than we were used too. Only one washing machine and dryer, so sometimes a wait on being able to use them.
