Hotel was clean, comfortable, well laid out. The breakfast was great and had good variety of foods. Within walking distance to train stations. Not a fan of the shower situation with no shower curtain in the tub, and the faucet handle difficult to reach from the shower.

The room was clean and a bit more spacy than the double rooms in other hotels I stayed at in Japan. It was well equipped with TV, AC, air cleaner, kettle and a really neat bathroom with shower and tub. Also highly recommend booking the breakfast - the choice was fantastic and included a couple of delicious Osaka specialties!

Wonderful hotel. Kind staff. Welcome drinks and coffee station. All the amenities. Very good sized bathroom. Netflix, Hulu, etc available on the tv. Fast elevator service. Laundry service available as well as washing machine to do it yourself. Staff brings fresh towels and pajamas every day and will hang it on the door if you choose not to have the room cleaned. Easiest check-out process on top of that - you just feed your room key to the machine and you’re all done. I just wish I had known about this place when I was in Tokyo and Kyoto. Would have saved me some headache.

Location was very good The staff was also very helpful and friendly One of our luggage has been broken and we would like to leave that to trash, but it is mentioned that it was 3000 Yen I do not know the regulations but it should not be like that

Situated in a quiet area, yet plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The suite was very clean and modern

The breakfast buffet was good. It had the standard Japanese buffet options that I've come to expect from Japanese hotels.

Largest room I’ve stayed in! Solid breakfast and great selection of toiletries. Easy check in and check out process with unlimited free green tea. Not conveniently located. Too far from the train station and not close enough to where I wanted to be. Also, door feels thin because I could constantly hear noise from the hall when I was trying to sleep.
