Location: walking distance to metro lines, walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. Very clean, modern feel of guest room and lobby. Well thought out room layout and relatively spacious room. I like the boutique size of the hotel. Attentive, helpful staff. No dislikes.

lack of room service

Very good
-
the staff at the check in were not the most welcoming (a bit serious), for the value we paid.. the room had a view on a wall..
-
location breakfast was horrible, we were allergic to many things and we asked staff to replace the sandwiches, however they did not help us, they said it was already made. We were not told that there is no breakfast buffet, you just get breakfast box in front of the door and staff was very rude!

Right now, the exchange rate for USD to Yen is very favorable. So, this was an incredible deal. A place like this would be twice as expensive in the US. It felt luxurious. A big surprise was all the varied toiletries. The room was so comfortable with beautiful lighting and decor. The bathroom felt spacious and high end.

Amazing hotel! We loved everything about it - the staff, location, cleanliness, attention to details all 10/10.

Property was clean, had various services available to guests (e.g. coffee, amenities, microwave, laundry, etc.), and room was spacious. When we arrived, I wasn’t happy with the reception. I arrived early so I deposited my luggage and was given a tag. I then came back at 3pm (check-in time) and could not find my luggage tag right away to which the receptionist told me, are you in the right hotel? Of course I know Im in the right hotel! Why would I even be there?! Would be better to tell the guest, “take your time” or to find my reservation.

Great staff (several English competent), lovely room, central location Breakfast-not worth cost (unless you like fruit/ whipping cream sandwiches). I understand the problem with the number of rooms and lack of dining room but would not buy bk’fast in future.

a little small, but it worked!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. Staff were very friendly. Great location and easy to access with the metro.

Good location. Clean modern room No bar or restaurant. Very basic amenities

The amenities in the hotel lobby were amazing, but the actual rooms left a lot to be desired. We were initially put into a strange, noisy room with an immovable TV on one side of the bed, and a vending machine just outside of our room. When we asked for a quieter room, we were told we would have to pay more than double the price of our reservation. Finally, we were placed in another room, which was also noisy. We would not stay here again.

The location is good, many nice cafes near by and breakfast locations. 1- They had the most in-experienced staff, to sum up: A) You cannot call the reception area only make requests through the TV. B) I had to explain to the reception area that when i request a room make-up it means that the cleaning staff should removed the dirty used mugs/cups and provide clean ones. They we’re confused why i needed new mugs and proceeded to tell me that we’re not sure about the cleaning staff we are only the reception area. C) The room was not cleaned properly at all, i am talking about bare minimum they were not doing. D) MOST IMPORTANT: THE BREAKFAST IS A BOX DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM, it is the worst box, you cannot customize it, you are stuck with it. The box sucks and not worth your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The room itself was very spacious (largest we had experienced in Japan), the amenities were great, and the wet room with bath in the bathroom was excellent. The color scheme of the room itself was quite gray and subdued.

Location was great in terms of walkability to Dontonburi and subways. The room was amazingly clean and spacious. My favorite hotel during my Japan trip. Staff was very curtious and friendly. Literally no notes. If I could have stayed longer in Osaka just for the hotel I would have.

This hotel is about a 20min walk to Dotonbori and 4 min walk to the subway. Once you get your fill of Dontonbori food there are plenty of restaurants in the subway area and they are way better and priced for less the 1200 yen per plate. The ride from the airport by taxi is about and hour and 30min to the Bullet train. Not a full services hotel so no bar but there is a 7/11 right across the street and Lawson just a short walk away.

The place is very nice, and is honestly great location wise as well! Both Shinsaibashi and Dotonbari are within walking distance! There is even a 7-eleven next store in case you need a treat. We also enjoyed how nice the staff were especially when assisting us in, information, about luggage services. It’s also a nice place to take a jog if you’re looking for a small workout. The hotel even offered an amenity corner where you can take bath salts and face masks! The place is actually pretty amazing if I had one compliant it would have been the bathroom, our room specifically that is. The odor of the toilet was faint so we just let it slide, but if you have this issue the hotel staff will more likely accommodate you immediately.

Too expensive for the price , they sell you a package with breakfast and they don’t have a restaurant is a bag in front of the room door , The worst!! I asked for refund and still haven’t received any response back Too expensive for the money

Great location with easy access to Osaka destinations. Rooms were quiet and large.
