房間整潔，地點優越，交通方便，鄰近兩條地條，酒店附近很多餐廳。

The room itself is small, which I expected. I was hoping for a little cleaner to be honest. The bathroom smelled like urine and there was some black mold growing in the corners around the tub/ shower. The fan in the shower didn’t work well and I could see how moldy/ dusty it was. You get what you pay for. We spent most of our trip in Osaka sightseeing and being out of the hotel, so it really was just a place to crash. If we were planning on spending more time in the hotel, I wouldn’t stay here. Staff were nice, but nothing to write home about. There were some amenities provided- ironing board, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, brush, razor. There was laundry on our floor, but it was not well kept- very dusty and dirty. We tried getting a load in because we were in despair, but after waiting 1hour for the dryer, our clothes were still wet. We opted to just hang them around our room vs wasting more time waiting.

Since we were moving from another hotel, they held our bags before check in. Very close to train stops and convenience stores.

The room that I was staying in had multiple cockroach like bugs in there I had seen about 4 of them during my first night. I loved how wonderful the staff was very kind and accommodating. I really wanted to rate this higher as location was so amazing but the bathroom with mold just was uncomfortable… In all honesty the staff was an amazing and outside was nice and inviting. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty there was black mold all over the bathroom it felt uncomfortable and the room was smaller than I predicted.

入り口に入ってすぐのレストランも運営されておらずちょっと暗いイメージなので、簡単な改装をして預かり荷物保管場所にするなどした方が良いのではと思いました。 金額は立地の関係でそれなりの金額でしたので、総じて満足度は低かったかなと思います。

It's very close to all the major train lines, and a very short walk to any major locations. Very small room, every time you used the shower, the sink will all over the counter, there was mold on the bathroom and doors, the AC didn't work that well.

If you are staying with 2 people, you would definitely need a bigger room or 2 separate rooms.
