Close proximity to train station (2mins walk). Walking distance to dotonbori and shinsaibashi. Many food options nearby. 711 across the hotel. Room was a bit dusty. Otherwise it was good value and location.

The room was very small for the price and it wasn't cleaned up throughly, because we found some trash under a chair. We won't be staying there again.

The temperature in your room is not under your control. The building has an outdated system that controls the air conditioning and heating as a whole. Their solution was to open the window. Furthermore, the room is severely limited in space, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
