Very convenient location, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The hotel is situated close to all the main hubs, and having the train station right next door was a huge advantage, especially for early mornings or late nights. It really saved time and reduced the stress of commuting. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and attentive throughout my stay. They were always willing to answer questions, provide directions, or offer recommendations, which made the overall experience feel smooth and welcoming. Their hospitality definitely stood out and added to the comfort of the stay. One thing to note is that the first floor of the building where the hotel is located has a club and a Chinese restaurant, and the hotel itself is attached to a net café. Because of that, the overall presentation felt a bit unconventional at first haha, but it didn’t take away from the stay once you got used to it.

Nice view of the street. Very close to the station. Room had everything I needed for the night. It was clean enough. Wifi was reliable. A good place to stay for nightlife in Amemura. Showering, the water drained a little to slowly so i ended up standing in a little bit of water. Thin walls..I heard someone somewhere in the hotel puking. I could also hear nightlife parties nearby. There was a surgical mask under the bed, so clearly, cleaning wasn’t thorough.

I was unaware of additional tax needed to be paid at the hotel - not necessarily a bad point but I didn’t have to do this with other hotels in Japan so I didn’t know that an extra payment was required on arrival.

This a great location and not far from any place you would like to visit while in Osaka. The rooms were a good size and the beds were a decent size as well. The hotel staff were great and helped my friend and I when we got there a little to early. The beds were rock hard, my friend and I had a hard time sleeping through the night.

The un-even rooms are in the front of the main road. For the future, I'll prefer to avoid those rooms due to the noise. The windows are not soundproof. The hotel of it is is great, bigger size than average, good shower and comfortable bed, although the sheets made me sweat every night(!) And I'm not usually get sweaty. Overall, this hotel is recommended for very good location, and it is great to spend the night.

The hotel is located in a very good position, close to the metro and Namba Train station. Check-in and Check-out very easy and fast. The room was as expected, small and comfy, but anyhow big enough for a short stay. Bathroom small, but with everything needed. The sound insulation, especially as with the outdoor noises is not the best, the hotel is located on a corner between two big roads. So the noise from the cars and people passing by, even at the 9th floor was sometimes a bit too loud.

The location is great enough as based on the upstairs of the metro station. It won’t take too much time to the Central Area . It will be taken 1 hour to Kansai airport as well which is acceptable. Also there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores for alternative . The room is kinda small especially for the bathroom. But overall is okay enough for the people who come and stay alone as it is just for sleeping.

Right next to the Train Station Entrance. Amazing Location. Easily walk to plenty of eating locations. Close proximity to everything in Osaka. Surprisingly quiet at night even with the gaming club and Chinese restaurant downstairs. I didn't like the limited size of the bathroom, specifically the shower/bathtub size. Could be difficult if your a bigger person than me at 180cm and an athletic build. Fine if your smaller. Bathroom serves its purpose.

Passable

it is right outside the subway exit, so it was very convenient and easy to find. It's also walking distance to Shinsaibashi, and it is quite easy to get to Umeda and Osaka station from there. There was literally no mattress - it was just a box spring, and hard as a rock. The pillow was filled with some kind of plastic beads, and was very uncomfortable. Both my neck and back hurt all day long from using it. I understand this is a budget hotel, but surely they can afford mattresses and proper pillows. The room was also quite dark, as there were not enough lights in the room. Strangely, there was no light near the mirror, which made it difficult to see in order to do my hair and makeup. I also was woken up numerous times during the night because there are bars nearby, and at closing time people spilled out into the street laughing and shouting. This is not the fault of the hotel; but some guests may want to request rooms on a higher floor. One other thing: I had to argue with the desk clerks, because they wanted to make a photocopy of my ID. I'm a permanent resident of Japan, and asking this is illegal under Japanese law as it is an invasion of privacy. Photocopying of a passport for non-resident foreign travelers is standard, but residents of Japan do not have to submit to this procedure. That exchange left me feeling quite upset. I have little doubt they will continue to ask this of foreign guests. I would recommend refusing, as hotel operators need to learn to treat non-Japanese guests with the same respect as they treat their Japanese guests. Japanese guests would not submit to such a procedure, so we should not either.
