Good location, great breakfast and nice attention

Hotel is 1 minute walk from a subway station, all the fun of Osaka's city centre is around 15 minutes walk on foot. Staff was very welcoming and polite. There is an option to eat breakfast in the hotel's own restaurant in the lobby. Room was clean and pleasant to live in. Nothing much.

Quite central location, being walking distance to dotonbori and various train stations. Price is very competitive too. Breakfast is very good too and I appreciate the early check-in provided to me. None

Booked triple bed 30m size room. Came with a big bathroom and a separate toilet. Best big room in Osaka so far. No drinking water available at all, which should be free in all rooms. They have free coffee downstairs tho, and a 711 right beside the hotel.

Only one thing really, it said you could borrow weighing scale. But when I asked from the evening receptionist, she said they didn't have any nor a measuring tape. They only had the scale in the lobby. That was free to use. The next day though, the morning receptionist was able to help me and helped me measure my luggage with a measuring tape. Oh and that the balcony I had was shared so if left the curtains open, the room next door can look into my room from the balcony. It would also be nice if they changed the slippers. Wider hallways might also be nice.

I like the floor that is not a carpeted . I think it easy to clean and the flush toilet is very clean

Excellent staff. Food is really good. Excellent location. No complaints.

Clean and convenient. The block and hotel are quiet. Really small bathroom, but that's pretty normal in Japan and in Osaka.
