The staff are very nice and the place is clean and I feel safe as solo traveler. I like how spacious my room is and feels very relaxed after walking all day. Would definitely recommend to people

breakfast was fine and the location was also fine near the train station it is better to put an area for microvalve oven, so other guests who are in the budget can eat

Staff, especially the Indian guy was rude not accommodating at all. Beds were tiny...we are 6 foot tall people. Staff were just ignorant and not accommodating. Will never recommend.

Only the reception landing has good interior British style design. Initially we were given smoking floor. We had to change and then was given family room. Family room is just two double-beds crammed in a normal single room. No space to open luggage, etc. Also, seems they don't vacuum or tidy under the beds :(

Well-located, clean though rather dated room. Charging facilities were located on the bed which meant sleeping with a bundle of cords next to me.

Room size are big compare to other in japan. Even though I went during autumn when the weather was around 7-16 degrees, I still felt hot, and the room air conditioning did not function properly. I had to keep the window open all the time, which resulted in a lot of noisy sounds
