The accommodation is located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and nearby shopping areas. The breakfast is as diverse as ever. I’m impressed every time I stay with the Vessel Group. Each guest also receives one complimentary cup of instant noodles, not to mention the delicious ice cream and waffles. The room is quite small but that’s typical for Osaka. Luckily, the single parking spot in front of the hotel was available, so we were able to park there. This made it very convenient for us to move our luggage without having to park elsewhere. Thank you very much.

Very friendly staff that let us keep our bags even after checkout Our AC was broken and led to a very bad night sleep. All of us know how precious sleep is on vacation for enjoying the next day.

The location was great! Less than five minute walk from all shopping and 15 minutes to dotonbori. a 7/11 across the street. check in was very simple and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We got the breakfast option. It was good! Definitely a little different than what I am used to, but it was good to have something different. Room was cozy. Despite being so close to shopping, it’s a very quiet room! Room was a little small for two people with four suitcases, but this would be perfect for a solo traveler or a couple with less baggage!

Nice location! The room was soo dirty from the walls, sheets, AC pretty dusty.

Location was great. A short 10 minute walk to Dontonbori. Close to shops and eateries. Serviced by two train stations. Room was comfortable enough and staff were pleasant.

I stayed at Vessel Inn Shinsaibashi and found it to be a great choice for its location near the Subway, making it very convenient for traveling around Osaka. While the room was a bit small, everything else was excellent. The service, cleanliness, and amenities made up for the compact space. I would stay here again for its overall value and convenience.
