Good location. Not far from the metro station. Beautiful lobby, free staff. If anyone is interested, there is a shopping street nearby. Everything is clean and pleasant. Good memories remained.

Adorable hotel lobby with cute cafe (did not try) located in a quiet area but still close to train station.

I don't understand the Eco-friendly policy of cleaning the room once every 3 days, especially when everything is fully covered with plastic. It is fine sheets to be changed every 2 or 3 days, but it is not ok to take your own trash out every day.

Location is very good. Close to the nightlife, but not ON it. Close to the subway as well. Staff was kind The room had an unpleasant smell when I arrived. My first thought was that the previous guest was a smoker, but the staff told me all their rooms were non-smoking. They couldn't give me another room, so they gave me an air purifier. It didn't solve the problem, but I guess it helped a bit. Furniture looks a bit dated, but it was comfortable.

The room was quite. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast had limited options. the room was quite small, difficult to open a big luggage.

Great and quiet location within easy walking distance of Shinsaibashi station. Room was more than adequate for me alone - perhaps a little bigger than my previous experiences in Japan.

Very well located, in one of the busiest sectors in Osaka, but the room was noise proof. A couple of minutes walk to the nearest subway station for commuting to other districts, and many dinning options around the block. Would consider it again. Room was smaller than Japan’s already small average, but functional

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. It made exploring Osaka, shopping, and finding great food so easy for us. The hotel was very modern, clean, and provided a peaceful and comfortable resting place for our family after long days of sightseeing. We have no complaints at all. Everything was wonderful and handled with great hospitality.

The several requests to receive a tax invoice. I got bounced back several times about this request and I contacted the Customer Service 3 times

The hotel is very good, beautiful, and the location is perfect. The daily rate was very cheap compared to other hotels in the same area, and I was really satisfied. The staff were kind; I needed a charger for my phone and they gave me two, and there was coffee and water available at reception. The smoking area is quite small, it can only fit two people. There was someone drinking beer who wouldn't leave to make room for someone else. It would be good to have rules about its use.
