Great location, close to many restaurants, bars/clubs, & shopping. Staff were really nice and helpful Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner ?
-
Can get a little warm in the room even with vent open all the way, almost no storage space

I struggled to find a manga in english however but managed to find one in the end, but it's my fault for not learning japanese in japan.
-
Location. The library. The stairs to the upper bunk, difficult to climb.
-
Hard to climb if you are on the upper. The hole to your capsule is tiny.
-
The most impossible to climb stairs for the upper bed i struggled. It hurts so much and its imposible to climb up and down is even worse. Whoever designed that bed should find a new job.

It gets extremely hot in the rooms after a few minutes but other than that it was a great place!

What really stood out to me, besides the books, was the curtains. Almost every hostile I've stayed at, the curtains for the capsules let light in in the morning. Since I'm a Light sleeper this isn't good. However, the double curtains blocked all the light and kept the capsule dark even in the morning. The Cafe right outside our quarters opened early and closed late, which was also really convenient! The location is amazing also. Close to the station along with many shops and restaurants and walkable to many area such as Dotonbori. My blanket was a bit dirty/stained. It looked like maybe makeup that didn't come out,, but other than that the place was very clean and neat.

Unique. Loved the reading materials! The cafe is great too Bathroom is ok
-
Very cute hostel, double capsule beds were big enough for a couple. Great location just 10mn north of Dotonbori
-
good location and good value for money not supporting staff as not allowed check early in morning so it becomes difficult to find new place near by and then have some rest, paid another 5000 yen for showers in some other hotel in morning
-
I had such a hard time climbing into the top bunk. Besides the left handle, what else can you grab onto?
-
15min from dontobori Beds were not as comfortable
-
Disappointing

The style of the place is great, and it is in a very good location. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. If you come with 2 people (in a 2p pod) there isn't enough space for luggage/items in the pod. Due to the setup/ladder and small entry it is very hard to get in/out of the top bunk (and we're two fit people that wouldn't have a problem climbing in normally)

Superb

Instagrammable but not worth staying there

Beautiful space and concept! Comfy beds. Wish we had longer to enjoy the place. Would stay again :) Upper bunk a bit tricky to climb into. Earplugs could be useful if snoring neighbours . . .

Positive sides: It was a memorable experience for us — staying in a large hall with different people and sharing a bathroom. The only thing separating the rooms with hall was a curtain instead of door, which added to the novelty. Downsides: The upper-level rooms are accessible by ladders, but they’re quite uncomfortable. It was literally a pain to climb up and down, especially at night when I needed to use the bathroom. The air conditioning/ventilation system in my room was initially off, so it got hot at night. Once I turned it on, it was fine — it's easy to adjust. I believe the bathrooms are cleaned every night, which is good, but I was woken up around 3 AM by the sound of someone’s slippers — maybe I’m just a light sleeper. The cleanliness of the bed was acceptable. Lastly, I think the hall needs some renovation. It looks a bit worn out, which makes the place feel less clean than it probably is.

Loved how aesthetic and clean the place was. Did not like how hard it is to get into your bed. The ladders make it so difficult to get in and out of your second tier bed ?
