Spacious room (for a Japanese hotel), very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was awesome. The location is excellent, multiple metro stations are nearby.

The cleaning staff was knocking on my door early morning, asking to come in to clean my room. Seeing me that i just woke up, he asked when he can come. Thats strange.

Location and staff were accommodating, no issues Nearly every aspect was fine, however the bed was the worst imaginable bed to sleep on as it was rock solid. Therefore our 2 nights were horrible as we slept incredibly poorly. Looking at other reviews it seems other guests also had this experience.

Beds were too hard. It felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring. Washer was fine but dryer was terrible. After 30mins in the dryer, clothes was still wet. Heat was weak on high setting. Luckily, there was a laundromat less than 2 minutes away which helped alot.

Nice staff Duvet: polyester, noisy, horrible. And you have to cover yourself with tiny sheet and put the duvet on top of it. Really bad design, sweaty at nights and bad sleep

The location is super convenient to all the metro and the train station. Close to all tourist spots and highly recommend?? None

It was a good stay, but it was a little expensive for what they provided.

The bed was uncomfortable cause the mattress is too thin and the room temperature was all over the place. I only stayed for a night but I don’t think I’ll stay for couple days

The location was great! Not too far from dontonbori. staff was very accommodating and kind. The amenities were awesome, loved the manga library. we also appreciated the ability to forward our luggage to the next location. The only complaints were that the bed was a bit hard and we found a stain on the comforter, but when we informed staff they replaced the comforter right away

Great location - right near all the shinsaibashi shopping, a 10 minute walk to dotonbori. The subway station is an 8 min walk away. The staff were super helpful in forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. They call the hotel and make all the arrangements which was super convenient. The room was a typical business hotel in terms of size but had enough space for us to open 2 large suitcases. The mattress was a bit too hard and the pillows were lumpy. Also we only got 1 pillow each. Didn’t love the smell of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, front staff, and it had laundry machines (only 4 in total though). The staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the very unsanitary first room we were provided. The manager seemed very rude and was very difficult to speak or get a hold of. Only the front staff were able to communicate with him via phone. He was originally not going to provide us the first night as a refund despite there being small bugs, a smear on the ceiling, mold, and dust in our room (have pictures). After 2 hours of discussion and debate he finally offered the night refund and a second deep cleaning (the first still showed very easily noticeable signs of dust and mold). He said he cannot guarantee a room that is spotless or without mold and if we are not ok with his offer then take a full refund and go somewhere else...

This was our worst hotel on the trip in Japan. While the lobby looks fine, the rooms are filthy dirty and smelly. The carpet was so disgusting and stunk that we could barely breathe. AC was blowing mouldy air which made the room smell worse. On top of that the pipes in the bathroom smelled with strong sewage odor. We could not relax in the hotel and could not wait till the end of our stay. Please avoid this place, reviews are misleading!
