Location, room and staff!

We loved the hotel was close to transportation and shopping, and was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful too.

Everything! Staff was amazing, rooms were very nice and breakfast is the best we had on any hotel in Japan. Anything we needed, the staff went above and beyond to help with

The location was great, the free flow coffee from the machine was so enjoyable, and the laundry facilities in the hotel was very convenient!

The ameneties in the room were very well stocked. You get a haorbrush, bathrobe, towels, toothbrushes, ect. The possibility to use a washing machine (500yen) is very useful and you can even borrow an iron. The location is just... perfect! The breakfast is also very good, they have a big variety (matcha icecream as well!) and a lot of diffrent cuisines with options based on allergies. The staff is very kind and there are diffrent languages available (including cantonese). The rooms have floor length windows, which can only be opened 10cm, so the air in the room is quite bad. Its ~10min to Dotonbori, but next to a lot of "clubs". If that doesn't bother you, then theres no problem.

Wow!!! The hotel was great, the service was amazing. We loved all the facilities, the location, even the breakfast was just great! Very recommended by us.

The rooms are big , shower is very good. They have a library area with complementary coffee. Staff understands English . Breakfast is really good for an American style . I was looking for a Japanese food as well what I felt the place missed a little bit ( Japanese rice, natto, Ume , … ) simple food that would make the stay even better

Very central and had all the amenities we needed. It was the property i was looking forward the most and it delivered.

The rooms were definitely on the small side but worked for 3 people.

The location was top notch. Pleanty of great restaurants, shops and transportation options! The breakfast was generous and the staff was very prompt with any requests you had, such as extra pillows, iron etc.

Good location, very close to all the action, but just outside of the “no go taxi pickup zone”. The rooms were spacious and the facilities has self recycling bins for guest.

Honestly can't think of anything I would change. This was wonderful and we wish we could've stayed longer. This is definitely a hotel I will recommend to others and hope to stay at again in the future.

Conveniently located. Wonderful staff and very clean. We have no complaints about the property.

I like the location of this hotel. It’s in the middle of most if not all tourist action. It’s close to train stations and bus stations. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores around the area. The hotel feels a bit modern. Free coffee, water, water bottle rental all throughout your stay. They also have laundry facilities inside the hotel which is a big plus for long term travel. The room is a bit small. But they made efficient use of every space that they have in the room.

Great location The power is 100w and we were not able to charge overnight. Made us sign an agreement not keep charger on at night.The phones took a very long time to charge.
