There’s is a pub on the first floor. Is imposible to sleep at night because of the noises wouldn’t recommend if you need a place to rest

The hotel facade looks fancy but the rooms, at least my room, is really small and old. The bed felt hard too.

My room was in a location where you can hear outside and it was super loud throughout the night. People screaming cars etc

The location is incredible, being walking distance to the main strip of shops in Shinsaibashi and also the main train station. I could walk to pretty much anything I needed and anything I need to catch transport to it was very close to the train station. The facilities were in great order. Everything was always very clean and tidy, the daily room cleaning always made sure I had fresh sheets and towels. The room is small, but exactly what I was expeting from the pictures shown of the room given. I am a tall guy 6 foot 4, and was comfortable there. If you expect/want to be spending lots of time in your room this is not the place for you. But it was perfect to stay in if all you want your room for is to shower/clean and sleep in.

The hotel location is very convenient for seeing many touristic spots in Osaka! Service by the staff was also very good. You can ask the staff to help you with luggage forwarding to your next destination or to the airport. The room was a bit worn and small but not terrible at all. It is suitable for resting after a sightseeing day.

Great location - walking distance to everything! We also appreciated the luggage storage options. The toilet did not have a heated seat - it was the only place we saw this in Japan. Also, the downstairs street and bars make it quite noisy at night. Just something to be aware of.

This is our go-to Osaka hotel because of the location and its amenities. It is close to the subway station, konbinis and shopping street. Nothing.
