Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice amenities We stayed in a room on the second floor and there was a bit of a smell of cigarette smoke in our room which made us think whoever was in the room before us was a smoker. It didn’t bother us too much but may be more of an issue for others.

A modern hotel with good facilities with free coffee and bread in the lobby in the afternoon. There is a smoking area outside at the rear of the property. The location is excellent, surrounded by good restaurants and close to the main shopping area. The laundry facilities were poorly maintained - the dryer was completely ineffective and we had to spend time at a local laundry outside the hotel to dry our clothes.

Good location, nice stay That we were on a room for smokers. Different from that everything was perfect

we booked a smoking room by mistake and that means you can actually smoke all types of cigarettes in the room so obviously the smell was pretty strong, but it's not a big inconvenience if you are a smoker.

Very close to attractions, shopping centers,lots of food options near by, easy access to the public transportation, wonderful staffs, and very spacious rooms Everything was wonderful

I hope the pillow is not too soft and if possible, the pillow can be made bigger.

the location is spectacular, the staff super kind and helpful and the snacks and coffee/tea availability really nice. the bedroom was a bit warned off, would be nice a little boost.

A truly amazing hotel, so so clean, with super helpful staff, very comfortable and plush beds (they're much better than the photos make them seem) in the heart of Osaka, for a great price. 10/10, we'll be back!

There was a big mirror in the shower tub which was very weird and a big uncomfortable

The proximity to shinsaibashi Since a lot of people are staying breakfast is a challenge and the food is all out at 9am
