Insanely affordable stay for the location you're in!! Minutes away from the river and shopping district and right by a ton of amazing restaurants. Easy walk to the train station too if you're carrying a lot of luggage! If you're a budget traveler but want the real Osaka experience by staying near the main things, this is the spot for you. For a western palate, the breakfast wasn't the best option for us, but you're in Japan so it's easy to grab a quick, affordable breakfast nearby! There's a Lawsons steps away from the hotel. :) A very minor thing to "not like"!

Feels like an old japanese hotel. But great location, worth the stay, can be feel overwelming the area but great for you social people, contratry to what you may think its quiet. Breakfast can be improved

A special mention to the Comport Library Cafe — a very cozy and peaceful place to unwind. I really enjoyed the ambiance, good coffee, and relaxing setup for reading or simply spending quiet time. Definitely one of the highlights of the hotel experience. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

The Hotel is centrally located, close to the train station and connected to the main shopping facilities. There wasn't anything that I didn't like, but would like to suggest a bit more disclisure and/or information on the food ingredients. i.e. Sausages - What sausages? Chicken, Pork, Beef, etc. Soup - What are the ingredients in the soup?

location was superb, easy access to dotombori, the breakfast buffet was excellent, although crowded at times in the lobby the space was huge, rooms were clean and comfortable. amenities were provided. nothing

The location was unbeatable. Quiet, yet only steps away from the madness of Dotombori. The breakfast was very good, a great start to the day. Everything was spanking clean and the staff was very helpful. I wish they made something as simple as salt and pepper available for breakfast. The eggs were bland.

Really close to stations, Dotonbori, and so many restaurants and stores. Friendly staff. Laundry facilities were a plus.

The location excelent, was 6 minutes from the subway, a supermarket at the corner, the main streets a few blocks, restaurants nearby. The breakfast was simple but it was fine and the bathroom small but normal for Japan.

The room was very comfortable and large. Also a great location near shopping , metro and the Dotonburi. The street in front was noisy with pedestrians all night into early morning. Near clubs.

Close to shopping area, food street and a konbini on 1st floor beside the hotel. They accommodated our early check in with addl fee. They change linens and clean room everyday. Breakfast spread is amazing also. The room especially bathroom is outdated. With its value we can get another hotel with more spacious room. Also, be aware that there are lots of bars surrounding hotel so it get tend to be very loud with drunk people screaming outside, out of our 6 nights 4 of which we can’t get proper sleep because of the noise that can last up to 5-6am.
